“The food here is absolutely gorgeous whenever anywhere else is closed these guys seem to be open so it's absolutely brilliant they are so good to the community and the food is so fresh here tastes amazing and makes you amazing meals it really is a great shop and there is a very large range of veriaties so you can find anything you need and more so if you ever need anywhere for food that's good for your soul go here it makes you happy the food vegetables fruit drinks butchers pretty much everything All in one shop and the staff are brilliant there is plenty of parking nearby it's close to the city centre and great to get food that isn't available in most shops so you will have a taste of something different than the usual so food or meal Time doesn't get boring big store inside with fridges and freezers tinned food fresh food biscuits sweets they also accept card payments aswell as cash so that is good also.....”

“Whereas the store is well stocked with lots of items available at a good price, I have had the misfortune of being served by the same checkout assistant twice recently - neither of which was a pleasant experience. The first time, I was overcharged as an item was scanned too many times and I had to chase her round the store to get it corrected. The second time (today), I asked for bags which she opened angrily and then virtually threw at me. Not only that, I went to take my receipt and she repeatedly moved her hand away from me as she wasn’t concentrating. I can’t think of any reason why this behaviour was needed and so I think a bit of customer service training would be appropriate. Edit: Today I decided to give Quality Save another go as a member of my family said that they had been very impressed with the customer service after their visit late last week. I can honestly say there has been a vast improvement in the quality of customer service. A lovely member of staff went above and beyond to help me find hot water bottles today so I’m now sat nice and warm with a Quality Save hot water bottle...great value and great service! New update: The staff at this branch deserve a medal for working in such foul smelling conditions this morning caused by the work to the new business next door. As a customer, I felt sick and couldn’t stop coughing...but at least I was able to leave quite swiftly. The toxic fumes can’t have been doing their health any good at all.”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “I came to the Manchester branch of Prestige Pawnbrokers for the first time today. I didn't know what to expect as I've never sold anything before & didn't know if id get ripped off or not. I was seen by Leanne and she was so lovely & honest & explained every step of the way what she was doing. Im guessing I got the best price I could have got but whatever Leanne as well as the other staff were really friendly & made me feel comfortable as I was feeling quite nervous & emotional inside due to the nature of the sale. I will definitely come back here if I want to sell anything else.”

“This is currently located in club 200. We went there to play pool and decide to eat there too. The menu is limited and catering mostly for lovers of authentic Chinese foods. There are a few crowd pleasers like salt and pepper chicken wings and chips. Chicken wings were excellent. Noodles dishes were good too. The stand out dish was the szechuan beef with rice, it was spicy tasty and tongue numming. Make the most of this place whilst its there.”

“Thanks to Dr Adrian Moore, I had such a great experience and would highly recommended. I was so scared and nervous to visit the dentist (I always have been) but mainly because it had been a while since my last dentist visit and a bad encounter I had at another dental practice. From the beginning Adrian put me at ease with his friendly and calming manner. He properly listened to me, my needs and my concerns; for once I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Adrian guided me through the appointment, explaining each step and seemed genuinely happy to help. It was also refreshing to have a dentist focus on the health of my mouth, rather than constantly trying to sell and push cosmetic products and procedures (which I have found previously). It was my far my best ever dentist appointment and I feel a lot less apprehensive about going back next time to see him. What a difference one person can make when they care! “Needed a set of 2 cheap tyres to replace my front two which I recently discovered were bad. I usually buy part worn. A guy called Muhammad was really helpful. He showed me some cheap tyres which I agreed to buy. However he wasn't satisfied with them and helped to find a set that were almost like new for £40 each. So I ended up replacing all four tyres and now I'm ready to storm head-on into the winter ahead with 4 semi-new Continental tyres. Thanks Muhammad. Great help. The difference is, first, the smile from the receptionist the moment you enter the clinic, the humble service, and the speed of registration, which shows the high professionalism and excellence in services. As for the dentist, from the first meeting, I really felt that I have known her for a long time because of her kindness and generous treatment of her clients as if they were friends, and her sense of humor in dealing with them, and of course in addition to the mastery of her work, she also makes you feel that you do not want to leave the clinic because of the wonderful services they provide.
