Exceptional experience in Manchester

“Good service as always. Yard crew are helpful and quite knowledgeable. Shop staff are extremely knowledgeable but the computers can be slow. Delivery drivers are brilliant. And quality of timber products is top notch meant to last. One downside is how rough the shared entrance road is.”

“Had a great laser hair removal appointment with Laurivania. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly before starting. The session was comfortable, hygienic, and I felt completely at ease throughout. She took her time and made sure I was okay. Really happy with the experience and would 100% recommend her! ❤️”

“Great location. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink in walking distance. Very close to city centre. Couldn’t really be better in that respect. Despite being very busy location didn’t notice any noise. Property itself was exactly as pictured and what we were expecting. Very rustic vibes. Majority of what you would need is provided. Several comments made previously about codes - very clear to follow instructions sent and we had no bother with this. Few points though. Bed wasn’t the comfiest ever. Rather hard mattress. There wasn’t any toilet roll provided which is the first I’ve had that - there is a Sainsbury’s within 2 minute walk. There had clearly been a leak recently in the entrance hallway, which did mean there was some mould growing., with a rather bad smell. Could at times smell in flat especially when heating was on. Of note, there is quite a few stairs - we had no bother but just for people with limited mobility to be conscious of this. Great and proactive host.”

“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“I had a lovely experience at H. Samuel’s in Manchester. I was visiting with a friend and I’d been looking out for a new watch and I found one here that was a little different from what I was used to but Steven (with a V) was very friendly and helpful. I decided to purchase the watch and Steven kindly adjusted it twice by removing links to fit my wrist perfectly. I’m very happy with my new watch and the service I received !”

“From the starters to the main dish, everything was absolutely perfect! The rib eye was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Every bite was delicious, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. “Had an amazing time at Hawksmoor Manchester. The team’s hospitality was spot-on — friendly, genuine, and made us feel really well looked after. Started the evening with a few cocktails at the bar, which were fantastic. The steak was the real highlight — perfectly cooked medium rare, juicy, and full of flavour. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long while, and I’ve been to quite a few steakhouses! Lovely ambience too — perfect for a relaxed date night.”

“Always been top class in customer service, had multiple weddings in the family and Andaaz has always helped us, we’ve bought shalwar kameez and waistcoats and prince jackets for big groups of boys and men, it’s so nice when all the boys are dressed the same on those special days. They are very affordable compared to other brands and the quality is beautiful and I cannot complain. Every year me and my family also buy Jubbas for eid from their wide selection and all sorts of other Islamic items (Tasbihs, prayer hats, abayas etc). May Allah bless their business immensely!”

“Tom did a excellent job on my car , resolved the dpf issue I had with it and gave it a remap , car runs smoothly and has extra torque for when you need it now , would also recommend for all types of vehicle issues as also done service work on mine as well, very happy with with his work.”

Both the dinner and breakfast restaurant staff were also lovely, and the food was very good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. We had booked connecting rooms and received exactly what we requested — the rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable. A great choice for families and anyone visiting Manchester.”

“This place deserves 5 stars. Firstly upon entering the place was greeted by such a lovely and happy Chinese lady. They really do treat you like you are a valued customer. However regardless of this the food. Out of the hundreds of Chinese takeaways I've tried around the uk the food is the BEST. For my order I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Yes they really did cook everything fresh. Even when I entered the building the lady was making something from scratch. When I got home the food was unbelievable. Sweet and sour chicken, the chicken batter still crispy it was so fresh. And it literally melted in my mouth. The ribs, crispy and extremely meaty, full of meat! The homemade spring rolls were the nicest I've ever tried. Unreal. And everything else we ate was just so fresh and full of flavour Another amazing thing, I didn't get that extreme thirst which you usually get from Chinese takeaways - most likely since the food is homemade and not from packets or jarred sauces. And lastly, pricing. I mean the prices are like they were years ago. Usually a £45 order cost us £29 today I honestly wish that this place gets the recognition it deserves because it really is the best in every possible aspect. Thank you so much pearl garden. “I have been hunting for a good Asian clothing site to place orders from as others have been untrustworthy, then I came across this site and this is now my go-to to order clothes from!! The service I received was amazing and I got my order way before the given time frame! The clothes are as shown on the website and the lady behind it all was of great help as I needed to match a Kurta to some trousers. I just have to give 5 stars!
