“A fabulous place for the kids and plenty of space for adults to sit and watch. There is an extra large play area and a great cafe. You get a half price voucher when you register online to become a member and every visit after that you get a £1 discount. Allowed a maximum of three hours stay or two hours at busy times so plenty of fun times with the kids. Would highly recommend this place, it’s clean and friendly with plenty to do and an excellent place for birthday parties tailored to suit your individual needs and numbers”

“We had our Ruby Wedding celebration in the same place we were married, exactly 40 years to the date, Statham Lodge. As always, the venue, food and service were excellent. Thanks to Daisy Kate for the musical entertainment, it made a special day even better especially when she duetted with our son Nathan. “I have used Harrington and Hallworth jeweller's for many years and the service and product range has always been consistently of a high quality. I called yesterday to have a new bracelet fitted to my watch and as I waited I had the pleasure to observe the gentle banter between the employees / owners/ customers. It was was actually enjoyable. Well done on not only providing a great service but for also, appearing to be, a great place to work. Highly recommended.”

“Without a doubt the best curry I've had in a long time. Went for the 5 courses for £15 deal and cannot fault it. The starters were delicious - I had the chicken pakoora and my partner the chicken chat puri. Both were superb. Mains were a lamb dish with chili and garlic for me, and a Maducash murg for the Mrs. Again, both were superb. We will be back to dine here again, no doubt about it. Service was second to none - we have been here multiple times now.”

Macy and the other staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and polite — they really made us feel welcome. The facilities were clean, safe, and well-equipped, which made everything even more enjoyable. Thank you for creating such a lovely space for families. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Efficient service for both journeys. Ian arrived well before our pick up time and had us at the airport promptly. Our return plane was cancelled but we were collected by Steve a day later than planned and our friendly driver had us home within 30 mins of pick up. Excellent service both ways. Thank you .”

“Last minute booking to stay the night. I wanted good pub food, comfortable bedroom and great service whilst being able to watch the football. This is what I got. Jordan behind the bar offered great service, Emma and Beth served me my food and Keira checked me into the hotel and constantly was checking i was happy and asking if she could help. Excellent service throughout. Greene King have a great team here.”

“Attend the gym and classes on a regular basis. Equipment is more than adequate and people are always lovely. The staff even ‘rescued’ a couple of flasks I’d left in the football pitches and kept them until I was next it. Very much appreciated it.”

“Delicious, fresh food! Popped in for lunch with a friend and we were both absolutely made up. The katsu, sushi and ramen were beautiful. We finished with some mochi ice cream for dessert, which was super tasty and nicely presented. The service was quick and friendly too. The new management has definitely made a difference, it’s a big improvement to what the food was like there previously. I’d be stopping by again for sure!”

“Had Sunday lunch here today for 1st time & we will definitely be back. Our waitress Clare, Table 9, was so attentive checking if we wanted extra veg, potatoes or gravy. Large portion sizes & lovely food. We had the roast turkey & beef. Lovely”
