“Today we ordered Pizza and taste was very good. They also have free delivery. Ordered chicken tikka with naan. Taste good less spice. Not like Indian chicken tikka. But taste good. Cash and card payment accepted. Shop open in the evening only. Parking spaces are available.”

“I came for an evening meal and the staff were immediately kind and very helpful. I was offered a drink whilst I waited at the bar which was amazing and then I was asked if I was ready to be seated upstairs. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff are so friendly and kind. The food was incredible and any time I felt I was ready for another drink or to order more food, there was a staff member near by to help with this. Will definitely be back!”

“Thee staff were warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were more than generous. We had both starters and mains, and honestly, we were too full to even consider dessert. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and experience made it well worth it. “Booked a table for 15 with pre ordered food from the menu . Young lady behind the bar was brilliant. You could see she was on her own but she got all the food out really quickly and still served behind the bar . The food was really good with a wide selection across the group everyone enjoyed there meals . Thanks Paul little lever”

“Made an order for delivery and realised I’d made a mistake. Called shakes and bakes 20 mins later thinking it’d be too late and they were happy to amend the order for me. Really lovely staff who work there, just genuine people. Desserts are always 10/10, sweet diner is our go to most weekends!!”

“Had several takeaways from here and it's always been absolutely outstanding. Food is always hot, fresh and in perfect condition. The delivery driver is always pleasant and punctual. Prices are competitive. We generally go for the standard fish and chips or kebab meat and chips and both options are really good. The fish is flaky and soft with a delicate and tasty batter. The chips are really tasty. All portions are generous.”

“Service was amazing. They were very attentive to my friend who has a food allergy. We got there at 6:40pm but got a train to catch at 8. They sped up the service and we were out by 7:40pm. Steaks superb, Caesar can’t be faulted, and chips to die for.”

“Amazing experience as soon as we walked into the restaurant! Really pleasant atmosphere and it wasn't too busy either. Waiters we're marvelous, if they wore name tags I'd reference them here. Our main eaiter was a guy with short hair and glasses and he was really personable and just a nice guy. Same with our other waiter, both were great with kids around the place and were quite the multitaskers! Definitely come here again, we are leaving a tip! ❤️”

“I don't know why, but I've always thought this place would be a bit of a dive and so in the 30 years I've lived here, I've never been in. I'm sorry! However, as Stacked are now cooking here, we gave it a go. The bar staff were lovely and drinks were a lot cheaper than I've paid at other places which was a bonus. The guy on the bar also came over to make sure we understood the ordering process for Stacked which was good of him. Stacked was, as always, delicious and I'll review them separately. The only thing I will say, is that if you think Stacked is good when it's delivered, get down to the Prince of Orange and try it fresh!”

“Diane the member of staff was very friendly and polite and allowed us to change tables for the amazing view over Manchester. There was no Turkey available on the Christmas menu, but there were plenty of other options available so we chose Gammon. The food was excellent quality and so delicious. We love the food and ambience here. A very nice place to eat and drink for any occasion.”

“We always order the same meal, yes boring but it's a good way of knowing the good from the not so good, ordered the beef foo yung and chicken chow mein as we have done many times before, but have to say this evenings was exceptional!! Even called them back to tell them how good it was, and they said they have a new chef, we say he's a keeper, wow awesome friday tea in these cost of living times when takeaways are a real treat, we thankyou”

“After following how this place went above and beyond to survive since Covid, it was great to finally be there in person... The welcome is so warm, Mediterranean and done exactly beautifully right! The food - pictures speaks for themselves! The starter and dessert sharing boards are phenomenal. Fill of varieties and flavours. The pasta dishes were delicious and delivered a great intense flavour. Though, nothing beats the sharing of boards. The service was super attentive, friendly and welcoming. We loved it! Highly recommend this place !”

“It was decent. I didn't see that the food had a sauce ranch sauce. I don't like sauce i think it's just a cheap way to disguise bad food. So i sent the food back. Nothing was a problem, they repeated the order without the sauce, and guess what?! THERE WAS NOTHING TO DISGUISE!!!!! It was super tasty! thanks Megan!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were genuinely 10/10 — warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The food was just as impressive: fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to one of the team who mentioned he’d never cut open a monkfish tinfoil parcel before — he did it perfectly, with total confidence, and it added a really nice personal touch to the service. Brilliant atmosphere, amazing food, and exceptional staff. Highly recommend — can’t wait to come back.”
