“We were looking for a breakfast in Denton, we found this little gem just opposite Lidl, oh what a great find it was! Smiling owner, very cosy and making you wanna go back! Very reasonably priced and menus sticking to your hands not because they were dirty but because they’re so nice to touch and browse! We’ll be definitely back for the roast and other menu items (pizza etc). Some music (Italian maybe?) would be nice.”

He cooks a Sunday roast that is nothing short of exceptional. And it’s not just the roast—every dish I’ve had here has been fantastic. You can tell there’s real passion behind every plate. I come here regularly, whether it’s for a meal, a drink with friends, or—let’s be honest—sometimes more than one drink! It’s always a great experience. This is the first time I’ve taken the time to write a review, not because I didn’t want to, but because I never felt the need—Long Bar speaks for itself. But I do think it’s important to acknowledge the people who put passion into what they do, and Chef Dave and the whole team here deserve all the recognition. As a proud Bramhall local and a small business owner myself, I believe in supporting our village’s businesses. Places like Long Bar make all the difference in creating a welcoming community. If you haven’t been yet, you absolutely should. Highly recommended!”

Tasted like real Eastern European cooked in the home, which is actually what the lovely host told us: all cooked by his wife. Unbelievable desert, nothing was too heavy, but rich and layered tastes. We had a mix of Sunday lunches, burgers and steak at our table and there wasn’t a bad thing to say about it. The beef on the roast literally melted on your tongue. Very good staff who checked up on us a lot to make sure we had everything we wanted. “I went to this restaurant which was a very nice place to dine. I had the lamb casserole which was delicious and was served with rice and side salad with a nice glaze over the top. Besides the top notch food, the lovely server, Youssef, was very friendly, served with a smile and was happy to help with all enquiries. A nice place to eat, the only downside was due to attending on a weekday night, there was not much of a customer atmosphere. There was a nice background music playing and the restaurant was very well lit with some lovely wall decor. 9/10 would recommend and will be re-attending”

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Maral, the lovely owner, is such a kind and welcoming person — she goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is happy. The food is absolutely delicious — everything from the starters to the main dishes was full of flavour and beautifully presented. I had the Jojeh Extra Koobideh and Baghali Polo with Lamb Shank, and they were cooked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable too, especially for the quality and portions you get. We even had a wedding party there a few months ago, and everything was perfect — the food, the service, and the whole experience. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about their guests. If you’re looking for authentic Persian food in a lovely setting with great people, Persia Grill is the place to go. Highly recommended!”
