We choose a complete pram package and a complete furniture package. The attention to every detail is second to none I’ve ever received before. To today when we collected our things. The owners take so much time showing you everything, we left knowing exactly how the pram fully functions with the different parts and the car base and seat was correctly installed. Adorable tots offer the whole baby experience from choice, advice, safety and great value. It really exceeds five stars for customer service”

The staff was amazing big shoutout to one of the male staff didn’t get a name but on this day had a black tshirt on and a khaki hat was very helpful and informative 100% knew what he was talking about when it come to the stock even checked in the back for sizing for my partner couldn’t do enough for us definitely deserves some recognition. Also man on the till serving was fab too and delivered excellent customer service.”

“The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”

Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn’t go out of her way enough for me… the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued. I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn’t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day. Thankful.”

“It's not the best Primark I've been too in regards to stock, but it has easily been the best service I've received while shopping at one. The ladies who monitor the changing rooms were super helpful, positive and friendly. It baffled me because I know if I were to work in a job where I had to deal with such a high number of impatient queuing customers, all throwing clothes and baskets at me, I would struggle to keep a smile after 30 minutes.. But they were calm, bubbly and I walked away thinking "aww they were so lovely". Also Layla (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) at the tills was so calm and friendly even though it looked like the que has been 30 customers deep since 9am. She complemented my purchases and was super friendly and lovely. I hate coming in on a Saturday, But the customer service managed to salvage my experience. Good job girls.”
