Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. On the lighter side: someone needs to tell him the loose end of the toilet roll goes over and away from the wall and not under. That's so wrong! Although I won't dock a star for it, once issues were identified such as faulty wipers, a courtesy call should have been placed to check that I agreed to the required new components etc. I guess you're obliged to anyway otherwise it would fail MOT, but courtesy call would have been nice”
