“Got some nice suits here, they were stylish enough and hard wearing, cheap because it's not really designer...but it's upmarket enough that you won't be made fun of by that snooty girl in every office. I got a few times, some of which I've now had for 9 years and they're still going strong...and I've had 2 lovely pairs of black leather work shoes and I can say they're comfortable and hard wearing, although both pairs are for summer only - expect to skid all of the way through winter even if you park right outside work!”

“Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! “I want to share my exceptional experience. I purchased a pair of mens workout/lounge bottoms a few years ago whilst I was in New Zealand but a few months ago the material on one of the legs separated (looked like it was glued together, not stitched) and one of the pocket zips had broke. I spoke to the online chat (not the most helpful with understanding my issue), who eventually directed me to visit my nearest store as they would be able to help. I live in Plymouth with my nearest store being either in London or Manchester, so when I was in Manchester I thought I would try my luck and take them into the store to see if they could be repaired. A lady with the initials AD (sorry I cannot remember your name) was very friendly and welcoming helped me. She clearly told me what to possibly expect from a repair and how long it would take. I mentioned that I live in Plymouth so wouldn't be back in Manchester for a while, to which she said that they can post it back to me which was great. She also said that the service is free of charge (including the postage), which I was not expecting at all, but with the service I received I will definitely buy more from lululemon in the future. Thank you again for your help AD, it is greatly appreciated!”
