“I would like to share my experience today while visiting this store. I am a wheelchair user and was in Asda Cafe when the lift broke down. I cannot thank Claire ( cafe manager) and the following staff Shad, Ollie, Andrew, Phil, and Sharon enough as they arranged for me to be carried downstairs safely. “i was recommended boots options middleton by my friend, and i was not disappointed. The process was super quick and as someone who wears glasses full time there are so many different options. The staff were super helpful and friendly and even suggested to me i can come back and pick some sunglasses for half price which i did a couple weeks later. Boots middleton will defo be my go to from now on as i felt so at ease throughout the whole process”

“I always find the store a positive experuence. Always nicely stocked , clean and especially like the cafe which is set out differently from other tescos. The staff work hard and pride on making the customer having a good experience. The security are always alert. All the staff are fantastic but today Olivia helped me at the self service. I purchased multiple gift cards and is always happy and positive even at 6am.”

“I went to the Pharmacy to get my partners prescription. Annie - The lady who assisted me is a credit to the store. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to explain how the medication will help and suggested other things that would help. She was caring, helpful and funny. Please can this be passed on to her superiors as she deserves all the recognition for her excellent service. I always want to be served by her. Someone please give this lady a raise. I’ve been in before with issues and whoever served me in the past didn’t know what they are doing. Missing prescription, long delays, just a mess. Annie is an asset to the ‘walk in’ pharmacy”
