“I went to see Charlie with my dog for a second opinion - what a difference to my previous vet. Charlie was interested in Buddy, she took the time to get to know him as he's an anxious big dog, and he ended up kissing her and asking for treats. The feeling after leaving Evergreen was totally different to how I'd been feeling before, Charlie offered to send some information to a specialist and let us know what they suggest in a few days.. I cannot thank Charlie enough for the first appointment, we will now be travelling to use Evergreen.”

“Fantastic rabbit runs which give them lots of space to move around. Delivered quickly, easily constructed and last for years. My rabbits are in their 3rd year in theirs and enjoy being able to leave their hutch and go and sit on the lawn 24/7. It fitted easily on to my existing run and cage. We have regular fox visits to our garden and rabbits have been safe.”

He recently had to have his tail amputated, and from start to finish the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. Buddy is quite an anxious dog, but they were so patient and gentle with him, helping to put him at ease throughout the whole process. A very special mention to Ocean, the vet who carried out his surgery – she was absolutely amazing and made sure Buddy was cared for every step of the way. “I visited the Vets with my cat Blackee on Wed 08/10/25 at 3.30pm for a 6 month health check, and was taken early as it was a quiet time. The lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful explaining about the Pet Health Club. I said for now I would pay as I went along as I wouldn't be using the services provided for the moment. The Vet/Nurse was helpful with Blackee's health - at the moment he is healthy and full of vitality for his age of 12. I explained that my other cat Ginny is doing really well on the joint supplement YuMove suggested by the Vet on her previous 6 month health check, as a few weeks ago she was struggling with her hind legs. Everyone at Mount Road Vets is very kind and gentle with the pets people take in, they really care how they are doing and the makes me feel confident in taking all my pets over the past few years, there. “Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse.
