“My husband was recently discharged from the care of Prof Ben Grey following surgery for removal of a kidney stone. We felt very fortunate to have a surgeon so outstandingly skilled and experienced as Prof Grey. He took time to explain our options very clearly so my husband felt able to make well-informed choices about his treatment. Prof Grey was always positive and caring which lifted our spirits throughout. Prof Grey's secretary, Nicola, was tremendous: always approachable and very efficient; often a detailed letter summarising our discussions and next steps would have popped up in our email by the time we had arrived home from our consultation. We highly recommend Prof Grey and the Manchester Urology Group.”

“I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Manchester. The rooms were modern, clean, and really comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast was absolutely spot on with plenty of choice and everything cooked perfectly. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d definitely return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Manchester.”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

“What a great place! Our house rabbit enjoyed his ‘holiday’ with Jane. All the animals are very well cared for, and the standard of cleanliness is very high. The outdoor runs provide opportunity for exercise. We would definitely recommend!”

“The best place for your fur babies ever, cath looks after them like they are her own ( she has a few of them also) our boy loves it there, and if you want to get in, you have to book really early as she's always full. Five star treatment all the way.”

“This was a great place to stay! I was a bit cautious due to some of the reviews, but it was perfect for a night stay before the airport. The receptionist was shy and not talkative but still smiling and checked us in efficiently. Our room was easy to get to, clean, and had some tea and coffee which was lovely. The shared bathroom was also very clean and not often used, so it was great to get a cheap room for value. I would recommend staying here.”

“Very beautiful space with good food. The options are decent enough for the type of setting. They have a kids menu as well. We had the chicken and bacon club sandwich, sweet potato fries and halloumi fries. The food looked good and tasted really great. Some seats were just beside the window that overlooks the ski. There's also a balcony that gives a good view of the ski”

“Superior smiles is more like a spa than a dentist! I actually enjoying going for appointments, which I have never done previous to being a client here! Everything about it is just lovely! The staff are amazing, from the beautiful Carolyn who greets you upon arrival through to all members of clinical team - Sarah has looked after me for a couple of years now and is just the best ! Rachel and Albert are just fabulous, their attention to detail to create the perfect smile is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! “So this was the first time us leaving our cat in a Cattery due to him being diabetic and he needed extra care. Lisa made us feel so at ease and seeing reviews she had cared for other diabetic cats was a relief. We were delayed by 27hrs on our return and nothing was too much to help or bother for the extra night needed. Highly recommend. Love me, Dan and Bentley :)”

“Went for something to eat. Great service and a good menu to choose from. When the food came it was top quality and value for money. We went in the dark so found the drive a bit tricky but that would not stop me from going again.”

“Chilli Club was the perfect place to go for a quiet mid-week dinner with friends. The food was delicious, the service excellent and it was good value for money. Some people might find it a little too quiet, but it was perfect for us, we hate loud restaurants and had lots of catching up to do, so we could hear each other perfectly without having to shout! This was our first visit and we look forward to returning.”

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left 3 days later the staff and owners were nothing less than perfect hosts. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the food was simply incredible, the venue is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so peaceful and chilled. Our room was stylish, beautifully furnished and comfortable.
