“Once again, I would like to extend my sincere thanks, gratitude and appreciation to all the staff at the Iraqi Consulate in Manchester except for the receptionist who was trying to obstruct the processing of the application on the day, the 16th of December. (This was exactly the opposite of the receptionist I met on my first visit to the Consulate on September 30th of this year).
