“Went into store today to get my son football boots. The member of staff assisting was called Cameron and at one point had at least 6 or 7 people all trying to get correct sizes. Cameron was able to help every single person and at no point did I feel like I was left waiting, he remained polite and professional at all times. Spoken to store manager and found out he was new but had conducted himself like he had been there for years . This young man is a credit to the company. Well done Cameron.”

“I play in the Stockport badminton league and when I needed a new racket recently I came to Crampsport on recommendation from some of the other league players. He has a great setup with his racket shop at the back of his house. There’s loads of stock in there to choose from with many of the top brands in stock. It’s great to be able to chat to and hear advice from an experienced player who knows about racket weights and balance, string tensions etc. I don’t know of anywhere else in the Stockport region you can get that. I ignored the previous poor comments as it looked to me like a couple of bitter individuals and I’m really glad I did as I got fabulous service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them to other players.”

Though, l have seen items online and have gone into the store to purchase them, without any issues. Good staff ... “It's not often that I'd give this store five stars as the staff have tended to be a tad surly and make you feel as though you're inconveniencing them when you ask whether they've got a pair in a size ten. So, what a pleasant surprise today to find the cashier polite and smiling, folding the clothes and even wishing us a nice rest of the day. “I went to sports direct on Saturday to buy something I saw online and I asked one of the staff members on the upstairs till if they can help I’m pretty sure I heard someone radio her and her name is Emily or Emma and she was amazing always tried to help as much as she can and even though she couldn’t find the item then asked another member of staff if they know and then found it she was so caring and always tried to help out will be coming back here to shop”
