Kay at the front desk made me feel at ease straight away, and the whole practice was really clean and well-kept. Claire, the nurse, was fantastic – so friendly and professional throughout. I was really happy with the treatment I received from Dr Mushtaq. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. Would definitely recommend!”

“Gourley vets were absolutely amazing with me and my dog this weekend, after ringing up for an emergency appointment was seen straight away. The lady that came to greet us at the door was lovely, really helpful and tried her best to calm me And reassure me. Diego the vet was fantastic with my dog as he always is! Turned out to be something not at serious as we thought and my dog is now fully recovered and jumping around as usual. Thankyou all so much! Would highly recommend this practise to anyone!”

“Second year Luna, our rescue Dachshund, and a less nervous owner, has visited for her teeth to be cleaned. Last year we had 6 extractions, but this year due to the diligence and care of Lynn we just needed a deep clean. The staff are fantastic, friendly and caring. Lynn is an amazing person and vet. It is clear the love she has for animals. Took so much care of Luna and we have a clear plan for the coming years to try to keep her teeth for as long as possible. See you all next year, for the smile month, hopefully just more cleaning but whatever she needs I have so much trust in Lynn and the team that I am so relieved we found this vets. Highly recommended.”

“My little Cavachon Dylan has just had dental surgery. Quoted for 1 tooth removal and scale and polish - ended up with 6 teeth extracted. I was so shocked! However - no extra charge, so I was reassured that it was absolutely required. I was worried sick; as were not exactly wadded! Such a relief and the after care has been exceptional: A thorough explanation on pick up. A follow-up appointment booked. A phone call on the Saturday after surgery... We have Dylan's health plan with Vets for Pets and we used the out of hours prior to his op (thinking he was in pain). Because we saw a nurse ()ovely) and not a vet - so no charge for the reassurance. Best thing I did for Dylan was to register with this practice - they are wonderful with him.”

They sent us a card of condolences which was just so lovely. We got his collar and ashes back in a timely manner and they also gave us some paw prints and little vials of his fur.
