“Highly recommended to anyone needing dental work done, the team here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and take pride in the standards of their work. After my false crown finally gave up after a decade, cracking the tooth root in the process, I needed to understand my options and what choice was right for me. From the very first consultation Phil and the staff were excellent, explaining to me all options, possible risks, what to expect and how the process would work. They showed me the scans so I could see for myself what was had happened and what could be done. I chose to go for a dental implant which, given we are hopeful it will last decades for me, is actually a responsible investment to restore my smile. Although quite unsettling for me, both to actually lose a tooth and also to face an unknown surgery involving worrying phrases such as 'drill into the bone' and 'reshape the gums' Phil has seen this kind of problem many times before and his confidence in being able to make it right counts for a lot. I left the building with a timetable of my treatment and the price quoted was the one I paid, it never changed. After a few weeks of treatment I have now had the old root extracted and implant placed in one session, and recently had the permanent crown fitted after allowing a few weeks for healing. It was all done with care and consideration and I am so pleased with the result. The only time I was a little sore during the process was after the extraction, which is to be expected, but I was handed a bag of aftercare products and followed up on by the staff the day after. A week or so later I was fine. I felt nothing as the implant was set into my jawbone, and only a pinch when the permanent crown was set into the gum. Should you need dental work doing then do consider these guys, they know what they are doing and take a personal satisfaction in doing the job well.”

“I had a chrome partial denture and a new crown done with Dr King. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and he wasn’t happy until I was happy. I’m so happy with both treatments I had. “To be honest, I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve had some really bad experiences throughout the years. My Dad took me to Greys when I was experiencing really bad pain and no dentist was listening. I’m not scared of going to see Simon, he is always really calm and takes his time with whatever procedure he is doing. Best dentist I have ever seen, hands down. “Well what can I say. Had systems on n off for a few years, with exorbitant prices. Steven made me comfy immediately, he knew what he was doing and did an awesomely good fitting cut and styling. Extremely happy with the end result and would recommend in a heartbeat. And the price was so good as his price lists show, I even gave him a £20 tip!!! “From the minute I walked into reception on the day of my operation I felt everyone I dealt with was a credit to the organisation. The reception staff were very polite and professional as I was booked in. The porter who took me to my room was very nice and explained everything to me. All the nursing and catering staff were professional and caring making this a less stressful experience. I can’t praise Mr Zeiton enough. Both he and the anaesthetist visited me in my room and fully explained everything that was going to happen. When I was shown down to the operating theatre I was instantly put at ease and the procedure was completed without any stress or worry. The aftercare was fantastic and Mr Zeiton showed me what he’d done after having an X-ray the following day. I was discharged with everything I needed and I had full knowledge of what to do and when my next appointments were. The physio staff made sure I was fit to leave and knew what exercises to do before my appointment. The whole experience was made better with being made to feel valued and cared for from walking in the door to walking out.”

“Irlam Animal Clinic did a fantastic job looking after our lovely dog Ted. We could always get an appt and the staff are lovely esp the young guy on reception and Joanne the Manager who went above and beyond when he sadly passed away with heartfelt finishing touches. The vets are amazing and do a fantastic job! even in the most difficult of times. They gave us an extra year with Ted which we are forever grateful for.”

“The Heaton Moor practice are always very pleasant and genuinely care about the welfare of your pet. Making appointments is easy and rarely have to wait too long. I have been taking my pets to Woodcroft in Heaton Moor for what must be in excess of 30 years and have never had any reason to complain. To make things easier I am in their pet club which makes payment for routine annual boosters, worming and flea treatment very manageable. I recommend taking your pet there (far better than the chain of vets you may know of up and down the country.”

However I came to collect his ashes today and it made me happy to see how much the staff cared about everyone’s pals who get brought in and the love they have for pets even if it was a short interaction, I am glad he was in loving hands at the end. Thank you for the card and paw prints too it means a lot to me and my family who are spread around the world who couldn’t be here at this time. I know he visited a few times over the years, he was always taken great care of. Finally thank you for the beautiful packaging of the ashes, I will be taking them up north to the cliffs he was last with all of my family. “Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.”
