“This is our 2nd visit here ( we dont live locally) so our visita are far apart. The food on both occasions was delicious. We shared the CAMEMBERT for two, with 4 slices of toasted Ciabatta and red onion relish. Extremely tasty. I had the Lentil Cottage pie with vegetables. Really tasty. Hunters chicken was very tasty too. We ate outside. Then went inside for a coffee and to investigate this lovely old house. I read and looked at the photographs on the walls and found out it had belonged to The Boddington Family. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly.”

“Originally my partner and I called in for a ‘nosey’ as we love mid century/ Scandi design. What a great find…Tons of great stuff, vintage and new a real super stylish mix. Recently after our new sofa failed we remembered a handsome locally made sofa being displayed at Lot 54 and returned to obtain more info. Daisy was brilliant and discussed a myriad of details over a cuppa - loads of fabric samples offered - a very nice service indeed. We also bought a super chic throw which had a great discount so a total win win. Next time we’ll probably will start our furnishing adventures in this spot. Thank you”

“Very good first impressions. Everything was delicious and set a really high standard. It had the right level of spice and nice combination of flavours. Chips were not soggy and my grilled chicken burger with double cheese was cooked to perfection. Service was professional and also very welcoming. Was informed food would be ready for collection within 15 minutes. And that it was. Food was Fresh. Nice little takeaway, definitely recommend.”

“I've been here twice, absolutely amazing food both times. The first time I got the Turkish eggs which were amazingly delicious with nice soft bread served alongside. The second time I got a lunch dish, the black garlic gnocchi with artichokes. It was absolutely delicious. I hadn't expected that much flavour from a vegetarian dish but it was mind-blowing from the first bite. Chef Emily and Chef Danny are geniuses in the kitchen, I've never had food so good before! Service was brilliant, my server Grace was so friendly and I didn't have to wait for a seat either time. The restaurant is quite busy because the food is so good, but if you do have to wait it's well worth it. I'll definitely be back for more, the food was worth every penny.”

“I have bought quite a few t-shirts and two of the Toka jumpsuits and they have all been fantastic. A very speedy delivery service via DPD means I will definitely buy from them again. I have a pair of trousers to return because I don't like the material. Overall outstanding.”

“I have been shopping here recently mainly for Indian groceries. They are very polite and courteous towards customers and the groceries that we got are quite fresh and are of good quality. The turnaround time from when you order to when you go pickup is also short that makes life easy! Would definitely recommend to shop Indian groceries.”

“Visited for dinner, we both wanted the pie and chips, no pies left., We then chose fish and chips and they had to check if they had fish. We were about to leave, but they had two left. The food arrived and we were pleased either the good, fish was excellent, large, chunky fish and good batter. The pub was a bit smelly, tables very sticky. Toilets really clean and tidy. Not too busy on a Monday afternoon. The pub is next to the golf course, with a great view. The pub could be so much nicer and it would increase footfall from golfers too.”

The food is superb with first class flavours and presentation accompanied by excellent wine. All of this at incredibly affordable prices makes it an experience not to be missed! “A fantastic hidden gem! Superb staff who really go out of their way to help you find that little something, it's always a pleasure shopping here. Can be slightly addictive as you really don't know what treasures you will find from a pretty scarf to the perfect winter coat. Have purchased many beautiful items at such a bargain price that still have the original tag still on them. The stock is in extremely good condition, shop is spotless and airy and you can easily lose an hour just browsing. Staff are so friendly you can't help have a good gossip and giggle with them whilst shopping or very easily be left alone to shop in your own little bubble. Highly recommend *****”
