“Three of us stayed two nights whilst attending a family event nearby. We found the hotel clean, warm and comfortable, the staff extremely welcoming and very, very helpful. The breakfast was generous and well prepared with a huge selection of fruit, cheeses, cereals and pastries to chose from including nuts and seeds to sprinkle plus jams, honey etc on tap, none of those horrid little polluting plastic containers. The restaurant is bright and airy with comfortable seating and lovely views of the garden. This is a great hotel if you need outdoor space, there are huge lawns and patio areas. We found parking easy though at busier times that may be an issue, it's not huge. We ate in the restaurant one evening and we're pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and my daughter's need for lacto- and gluten-free catered for. Our room was adequately spacious even with the (very comfy) sofa-bed open for use, when it's folded away it would be a very generous space, great lighting too, the separate bathroom and toilet makes for convenience when sharing, that's rare in a modern hotel. We left a precious item behind and the staff very kindly prepared it for posting back and it arrived safely. It was our first experience of Novotel and we wouldn't hesitate to use this one again and highly recommend it.”

“I’ve been coming here for six months now and began as a completely inexperienced novice. It was probably the best decision I’ve ever made- not only to pick up the hobby but, to have found this brilliant studio! Everyone is so lovely, encouraging, supportive and just wonderful. The instructors do a fantastic job of maintaining a very welcoming, safe and fun environment whilst also ensuring techniques and tricks are adapted to every individual’s skill level. They’re always patient and you never feel silly for asking questions or for extra demonstrations, they’re open to suggestions and encourage collaboration and feedback. If you’re new to the hobby, or looking for a different studio; I cannot recommend Asteria Studio highly enough!”

“The FOH Magda and Jack are amazing and super helpful whenever I need anything. Night FOH need improvement as we’ve only had agency staff recently which impacts service charges and when our actual FOH is here, they aren’t at the front desk. Other than that and a couple of service charge issues, I’ve no complaints! Super nice building to live in with really nice sociable people. Again, Paulina, Donna and day FOH team are amazing and super friendly. They even put on events for us residents here every now and then.”

“Fantastic cinema experience. My mate booked online for us to watch M:I - TFR in The Lounge - at a cinema that was equidistant between where we both live (circa 40 mins each). It was well worth the extended trip. Excellent value. Food and drink are prepped and in place by your seats upon arrival. Seats are super comfy and screen was a very good size. Great cinema experience. Thank you.”

“What a fantastic trip to Cineworld! I went to see Predator: Badlands and absolutely loved it – action-packed, gripping, and one of the best in the series! But the real highlight was the wonderful staff member Chloe who looked after me. She greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and a truly professional yet heartwarming welcome that made us feel so valued from the start. When she noticed I needed a bit of extra help to sit comfortably, she quietly and kindly sorted out a stool for me without any fuss – such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience perfect. Chloe is an absolute gem and a real credit to Cineworld. The film was brilliant, but her kindness made the day even more special. Thank you, Chloe – I’ll definitely be back soon! ❤️”

“Very good customer service. We visited last night and it was just the two of us in the screen. A very nice member of staff came over to us and asked if we would like the heating on because he saw I was still wearing my coat. It was a very kind offer and I felt very comfortable after I’d warmed up. Nice to see a business going above and beyond. Will be returning and would recommend to others because of the quality customer service.”

“I met a friend for a catch up and sat on the couches to the left of reception near the stairs to the gym. It was quiet enough for us to speak and even when a small group of adults sat on the couch behind us, we could speak without raising our voices. It was very comfortable and we were able to get coffee's from the onsite Starbucks and bring them over to our seating. Very friendly staff, suitable for our meeting and pleasant environment.”
