“We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Dream Kitchens Saintfield. Ciaran was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with throughout. From coming to our house prepared with various samples and advice to preparing quotes and making alterations. When it came to the work itself this was to a very high standard and Ciaran was extremely tidy and conscientious as there were times I was working from home. “My dugg Winston has went to Doggos (weekly) since he was a pup. He turned 3 in July. He honestly still does circles in the car out of excitement for going to Doggos. He knows when we enter Dromore and when we turn down the road for Doggos. And I pop him into Doggos for extra (beyond the days that I'm working) when I feel he needs a wee treat because he loves it so much! The staff there have only ever been more than accomodating and I am v v happy knowing that I'm at work and he's getting cared for well and playing with his wee friends! He's always a tired boy in the evening after a big day at school!”

“This is one of the most beautiful B&Bs we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Immaculately clean; top quality homemade cooking; gorgeous light and modern rooms with comfortable beds. The view of the Carlingford Lough and Slieve Martin from our balcony is just stunning! Like a fairytale storybook view and right on the doorstep of the famous enchanting trails of Kilbroney Park. The house itself is overlooking a beautiful manicured garden square surrounded by gorgeous Victorian style town houses. The private gardens of the B&B are just beautiful and exquisite, we enjoyed a lovely cappuccino and home cooked Irish breakfast in the sun trap of the conservatory (even in January!!), overlooking the boats floating on the Misty winter subbed Lough. The village of Rostrevor is like a mystical land of it’s own with traditional music in cosy pubs every night; gift shops; art boutiques; artists; writers; rich culture and heritage trails as well as festivals all year round. John and Anne are an absolute delight to spend time with. So friendly and feel like family! Anne is a deep spiritual soul; a local woman of many talents who has travelled the world with the famous Sands Folk Band and her work as a painter. John (originally from Dublin) with his background in journalism and as a historical tour guide entertained and delighted us with many interesting tales and anecdotes. We can’t recommend a stay at the Sands B&B enough and would now consider it a home away from home. 5 stars!! A gem of an escape away into a fairytale lane of old ✨”

“We had our daughter’s 8th birthday party here in Saturday with her whole class. It was absolutely amazing! Kids had a ball, food was great, staff are just lovely. I’d recommend it to anyone. Absolutely brilliant day!”

The cauliflower tempura is accompanied by a fantastic sauce that adds an extra layer of flavor. And if you have a sweet tooth, their cheesecake has always been a favorite of mine. “My family and I had lunch in the bar on bank holiday Monday. As you would expect Newcastle was very busy as was this bar however the manager and serving staff let people know the possible waiting time and gave updates until our food was served. The bar itself was well stocked and cocktails are definitely on the menu with their own mixologist to provide recommendations. The food was warm, delicious and well presented. I had haddock and chips, my husband had a burger (it arrived with bacon cheese and 3 huge onion rings) and my son had beef stir-fry. The interior is very eclectic with lots of oldie worldie gadgets, posters and ornaments relating to Newcastle and Northern Ireland. We were seated beside the window and had a fantastic view of the sea and the busy main street - definitely the best position for watching the world go by. Our waitress was wonderful, friendly, professional and asked numerous times if there was anything else we needed. I would definitely recommend a visit - we will be heading back”

“Shop itself is a generic toy shop, the staff allow children to play with items which I appreciate as means I can see what my daughter likes. The till layout is a bit strange but it's never been hugely busy when I have visited so no issues. As for the chain itself, I appreciate the free delivery for items over a certain price, the prices of things are very competitive and I've once had reason to contact customer support due to my own mistake with an order and found them very helpful.”

“First time I was ever here, always wanted to go. Place is beautifully decorated inside, much bigger than you would imagine from outside. The cocktails are gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We ended up getting food too, which was also really lovely. The menu is also great and a little different from all the menus that are in a lot of places now, which is nice.”

David is absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable and helpful for the kids and adults alike. Every time we go the kids are ready to go again.
