“I popped in yesterday to return & exchange shoes I bought online. The assistant manager who served me was amazing. She helped me sort out one pair by fitting a liner and also choosing the correct size for another pair. This is a great example of why, the hybrid model of buying online and still being able to go in-store works so well - especially for items like shoes. Keep it up Clarks - you have set yourselves up for success in the future!”

“I have been to this shop twice to get my sons both trainers and school shoes. Service is really efficient and we were back out with shoes in hand within 45 minutes. Not a mean feat with my sons oddly shaped feet! All staff are very knowledgeable and I will be back within a couple of months for new trainers for me.”

“After several failed attempts to find wedding shoes, I came across Chequers Shoes. They have a great selection, and the sales associate, Claire, was exceedingly patient with me as I tried several different styles and sizes. When I decided on a style, the in-store shoes didn’t fit quite right. Claire proactively ordered in a new pair and kept me posted as to their arrival status. As it happened, the new pair didn’t fit me perfectly either, and the store owner offered to alter the material of the shoes to my size. They really know their stuff and I was very pleased overall with the service!”

As well, when I went today they had an additional 20% off the OUTLET price which is very good! A pair of leggings that usually costs 70/80 pound was reduced to 39 pounds and then reduced by 20% to 31 pound approximately I am very happy with my purchases and visit at this outlet store. “After purchasing Trespass products for a little while now, i think that they are a quite underrated store. Products are frequently on sale and the quality is comparable with more expensive comparisons and sometimes better! I had a really helpful assistant called Becky, who took the time to discuss options instead of forcing a sale, ultimately leading to buying actually what i needed, rather than having to go back for a refund because i had bought the wrong product. Will continue using this store for quite some time yet!”

“These guys were fantastic fitted myself for my wedding suit, made me feel comfortable in choosing a suit and were more than happy to run around grabbing different types and colours and helping me put them on (as new to wearing suits). Lovely friendly staff and lots of choice even though quite a small shop so don't be put off. Hired the suit for the wedding got lots of compliments and we're more than happy to change things to suit my needs. And was a very good price Would happily use again.”

Was able to order for home delivery via the store, when a style was needed that wasn't in stock.”
