“Ladies go for ear piercing! We were welcomed. We braved a men's space and was fully welcomed. A professional place space for proper timings, so you know where you are. Good hygiene. Each ear has its own individually wrapped gun and stud earring attached for extra hygiene and ready to go, once unboxed and unwrapped. It is placed onto the ear which was marked for guidance. Then pierced. Which can hurt. It is up to you to continue that hygiene on your piercing. It is of course easier with the extra cleaning solution that comes in a small bottle. Only a few pounds extra. All in all we were happy with the service and the gold or silver plated stud earrings. Great service that didn't take a long time. Thank you.”

For such a young lady, her mannerisms, customer service skills, hairdressing and styling are by far the best I have encountered-ever! Chelsea is extremely talented at what she does and you can tell she loves her job because each end result is always impeccable. I think everyone should have a “Chelsea hairdresser” and would advise everyone to book in with her. You will not be disappointed (and I hate hairdressers just like some ppl fear the dentist) but, this girl is on fire and she’s more than abolished my fears! “I went in with a yellow home bleaching, I was given a good trim and a colour consultation. I went back after the patch test a few days later and had foils/toner; my main concern had been roots needing to be re-bleached/hair damage. The hairdresser spent over three hours recolouring my hair and it is amazing, the best colour treatment I've ever had anywhere. Everyone has told me how good it looks and asked where I went! I have finally found the hairdresser for me and my hair and I won't go anywhere else. Absolutely first class. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere.”

“I bought a buy-to-let house in Wellingborough in 2015 and asked Wych to manage it for me. They did an excellent job for the next 9 years, with Sasha, Canida and Chelsey all providing me with a stress-free experience. In 2024 I decided to sell the house (due to the Renters' Rights Bill - nothing to do with Wych) and asked Wych to handle the sale for me; and although it took over a year to sell, this was in no way Wych's fault - it was due to the first sale falling through due to my buyer's buyer pulling out at the last moment, and then horrendously slow buyer's solicitors for the second sale.
