“So I was passing through Rushden and wanted a full English breakfast. Well I am so glad I stumbled across this place. Robert and Kirstie run a wonderful cafe. They also do a fish Tuesday special. Great service, fantastic food and very fairly priced. Highly recommended. It is up Hamblin Court off the High Street. Give it a try!”

“Don't know the area at all, walked round looked at a few coffee shops seemed pricey for a brew, and was all prepacked heat up behind the counter jobs. Saw a road worker by his van, asked him if he new any decent places for a fry up, he suggested hitchin lol. As I was walking away he said hang on there a place down there called star.. So ended up in here, very clean, nice and pleasant staff at counter waiting. Food prices on par with similar styled cafes. Good selection, food and tea came out piping hot and fresh. Can't fault anything. Will use again if in the area. Was eating on my own as only in area as motorbike having work done in the area. Felt welcome and didn't feel uncomfortable at all like you can eating in some places when on your tod. Thanks guys”

“Lovely pub on a very pretty high street, warm welcome and a few beers to pick from. Would be nice to see a good IPA on draft but other than that it's well worth popping in. They do regular live music and food events too.”

“A great place to come and try what's available in the world of beer. An excellent range if craft beers bottled, canned or on draught. The selection on offer is well thought out, offering a range across the varieties. From Spurs to DIPAs to shouts and everything in between. There are spirits and cocktails on offer for those not keen on beer, and nibbles are available for the peckish. The decor is clean and welcoming. With nice little touches with the lighting etc. Would highly recommend for the knowledgeable friendly staff, and the amazing range to go at. Worth several visits to make your way through them all.”

“It’s one for the books for sure! This is a great place if you like authentic Bangladeshi cuisine with excellent vibe and scenery around the restaurant. Bags of flavour and nothing to disappoint at all, the decor a top notch. The staff were amazing specially with my two kids really friendly and attentive. There is plenty of parking and is free of charge just give them your reg once you enter. Overall this was a really good experience and one I’d love to go again shame it’s soo far away. “A lovely cafe I like to regularly visit with my dogs, staff are super friendly and helpful, love the vibe in here very chilled in the morning so it’s nice to come in and be able to relax with the doggies, I’ve been coming here since 2018 and the management has changed and you can really tell the difference ash is a superstar and you can just tell she puts her heart and soul into this job and loves what she is doing, she’s really improved this store and made such an impact on it well done.”

“Don't know what has changed here from 3 years back but its like night and day. The one 3 years ago was not nice, can't remember what it was but it was the last one I ordered. Today's delivery i can't find fault , excellent quality meat, superb flavours love the egg in the plain noodles and beansprouts, not many add that bit it works. Crispy shredded chilli chicken just the right spice level nice to have the green pepper in it. Chicken with orange needs a lil more sauce maybe add it to your extras the same as the lemon sauce? but again nice crispy chicken. So yeah whatever you've changed please keep it this way. The food I just ate was exceptional.”

“Oh my word!.. I've been blown away!.. Top quality, delicious taste, value for your money & the best service ever!.. We ordered takeaway, it only took 45 minutes & delivered piping hot, with a friendly smile.. I need to add that there was a problem with my credit card & we scanned it twice because the first transaction didn't go through, but the lovely lady that delivered came back to us in 15 minutes to give us cash back as she had discovered that it went through twice.. We would highly recommend this place without a doubt..”
