No issues were disclosed when I bought the car but Sixfields Autocentre picked them up immediately, and fixed them all within 3 days. They updated me throughout the 3 days to let me know what was happening and when my car would be ready. There was a delay in the repair process but I was kept informed by Sophie who was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience, and explained why there was a delay. Cannot thank all the staff enough for being so kind and helpful during a stressful time. Definitely will be returning!”

I thought I'll leave them a review since when things go well few bother for a review, reviews mostly come when something bad happens. While waiting you can see through the glass wall on progress on your car. All good.”

Tackling a big job, full repaint to 50 feet of the cabin side, I had an unusual problem with the paint mix being off colour, they quickly did me a fresh mix and the job was not delayed. “I took my car in for an MoT on Friday afternoon. I had previously visited the Halfords store nearby to buy a brake light and have it fitted. The young man who attempted to fit the new brake light blue said he couldn't do it as his screwdriver was the wrong size. He said when I went for the MoT the I just needed to tell the service centre what had happened, they would fit the bulb and the car wouldn't fail. I explained this to Ian and Dionne when I arrived for the MoT. They explained this was not the case but Ian ran outside and fitted the brake light bulb for me just before the MoT. So grateful to both of you. They were friendly and polite and made the experience so positive. Thank you both very much for your help. Will definitely be using you again.”
