My dog hates the whole process, the Lady I spoke to noted all my concerns and has obviously a lot of experience and patience. “Went for a flea bath for my cat a few months ago, good decent price and kept me updated with pics and videos. Gave me a lot of advice too. My cat Clive is a very timid cat (rescue) and can get aggressive due to this but they managed to keep him calm and not stress him out at all. Very well priced and easy to get to. Just came back from a nail trim, vet charges 3 times this place does even when they could not trim most of the nails! Will definitely be getting his manicure done here in the future as they were very gentle and no need for restraining and 3 times cheaper!!! Thank you”

“Sent my beautiful Maincoon to this company she was so matted I did not hold out much hope of not having to be shaved. They did an amazing job she was picked up promptly and as my/her first was a bit worried communication was excellent and they manged to not have to shave, even cleaned ears and clipped nails :) very happy woth service 5 star 100% recommend will be coming back sara very happy customer”

“Robyn's a 1-2-1 groomer which was highest on my priority list. Having seen and experienced other groomers leaving dogs in crates in separate rooms or outdoor kennels before and after grooms, I never wanted to experience hearing my girl cry in a back crate again. Robyn will let you know the groom is nearly finished so pickups are swift. The grooms are also thorough and impeccable. Freya's had two grooms and I haven't been disappointed, while previous groomers have left knots and burrs deep in her coat while reporting she was an easy groom. I also love the booking system through the app. Others may prefer phone calls, but knowing I can request a groom at any time of day, and not interrupt any current grooms, is just an extra convenience I haven't experienced before. 10/10.”

“I have been using well kept dogs for years to Groom my Cocker Spaniel. Martie is the best groomer by far. My dog always comes back looking and smelling amazing! I had used other groomers before and the cut was always poor with clipper marks. Marties attention to detail makes sure this never happens! Would highly recommend!”

“Dudley had his first cut with Gracey today and I have to say, to start off, the most relaxing drop off for a grooming session ever, same for the pick up. Dudley was clearly taken care of well as he was please to see me me but also in god spirits when I picked him up. His cut is perfect, just what I was looking for. Grace was very accommodating and asked enough questions to get it how we wanted it. Would defo recommend and have already booked Dudley's next appointment.”

“I was very particular when choosing a groomer, as I wanted someone experienced with French Bulldogs. From the photos, it was clear that Kev has plenty of Frenchie clients, which gave me confidence in booking. I bring my Frenchie here, and she always has a great experience. She’s excited to see Kev every time we return, which, to me, is the best sign of a fantastic groomer. She comes back smelling amazing, and Kev is always mindful of her allergies or any recent issues that need consideration. I also love the adorable bandanas she gets on big holidays—such a thoughtful touch! 10/10 would recommend.”

“Took our German Shepherd to be groomed today. Karen did the best cut and groom he has ever had. For the quality of her work we would have expected it to cost more. Everywhere else we have been have charged a LOT more and never cut him as well as she did today. Even with his ticklish feet.”

Ruth is a natural and loves the dogs and is a true professional Cerys is always happy to see Ruth and comes out all the better smelling and looking wonderful after a cut and wash.”

“Lisa is a wonderful groomer, very caring and kind she takes great care with our dogs and they always look amazing after a groom with her. Lisa also cleans our dogs teeth, she spotted a broken back tooth on one of our dogs and since then we have had Lisa clean our dogs teeth, our vet says they have very good teeth now and we have not had any further problems. I would highly recommend Critterz Grooming to anyone looking for a professional groom from someone who really loves animals.”

When we moved a few months ago I took her to a local groomer but neither of us were happy, so although the journey is now a bit further we happily take the trip and yesterday Daisy had her summer cut and looks super smart. A really lovely, professional and caring team”
