“We have been taking Hugo (Rescue KBT) to Lina for just over a year. He was nervous at the beginning but Lina has taken her time and been so patient that he now wags his tail and skips in to see her as well as giving lots of kisses which, thankfully, she is happy to receive. Her love of dogs is clear. Lina does a great job, is always happy to discuss seasonal changes to the groom and looks out for his welfare too. - She spotted a grass seed which had migrated and could have been very serious had we not caught it. The grooming room (barn) is newly decked out and spacious and Hugo always comes out looking and smelling a million dollars! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. :-)”

Amie did an initial consultation on what we wanted for Ginny, and she was able to offer some really helpful advice. I cant believe Ginny cleaned up so well, we were really pleased! Magda was fantastic - really good with Brandy giving her a lot of fuss and cuddles - which Brandy loves. The full service included, wash, cut, dry and nails as well and was an excellent price. Magda also managed Brandy's fear of the drier really well. Will definitely be back!”

“My little princess was so terrified of having her claws done, sadly due to awful experiences she has been through with a previous veterinary surgery and a groomer we used to attend. We tried various natural products to reduce her stress but nothing helped. They were so understanding and worked with her to get all done in one appointment as opposed to others not managing it, so then having to go to multiple appointments. A veterinary nurse suggested a prescription medication should be used which a vet recommended was the way forward, but we were concerned at the risks of this. I gave instructions on how I wanted the groom cut and it was done better than anyone else I have tried since I have had her, and everyone has been complimenting it ever since. The spa treatments are fabulous and worth every penny and we were lucky enough that they have a special deal on for them currently. I can't recommend them enough!!! Great job keep it up and many thanks again x”

As Bertie is long haired, he also has a trim round his back area to keep him clean, tidy and respectful. He's always come home smelling lovely with no signs of anxiety so must enjoy himself ❤️❤️. Cat groomers are rare, so its fantastic to not only find one, but for them to be a complete gem. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for their cat grooms.”

“Amy and Robyn at Happy Hounds have been nothing, but amazing since I’ve started taking my dog. He first went for a groom, had a run around before and after and was absolutely fine. I’d been looking for a daycare which would take intact males, so I asked if they did. Hesitant as my dog had started reacting to other intact males, I dropped him off and went to pick him up 2 hours later and he’d been absolutely fine. He’s been multiple times since and loves it to the point he’s whining in the car because of how excited he is and always comes home knackered! Couldn’t recommend Happy Hounds enough if you’re looking for a daycare or groomer for you dog!”
