“I have been using these kennels for about 10 years. I would not go anywhere else. Fantastic care for your dogs and fantastic staff. The kennels are heated and secure. Nothing is too much trouble for Tina and the staff. Because I have rescue dogs they come with issues and challenges. The kennels are up to the task in supporting you and the animal. Sherrie was so badly treated and even after 2 weeks she had changed due the time, love and care the staff gave her. Thank you all so much and see you soon.”

We left our collie dog Abbey there for two weeks while we were on holiday, and she has been looked after well. She wasn't dirty on skinny, and she was so happy to be there. She took the time to explain everything and knowing she was also drawing in her own personal experience from her own dog, who also has allergies, was so reassuring. If there is a problem with GP repeating prescription or supply, we are immediately informed and still quickly dealt with. “Incredible pharmacy! Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and supportive. I’ve been using this pharmacy for over a year and never had any problems. I’ve dealt mostly with Denise, who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help & make sure all my medications are ordered and dispensed correctly. I have a complex health condition and this support is truly invaluable! I know I can pick up the phone, and at a moments notice, there will be happiness and help on the end! They offer free delivery of medications too which helps enormously when I am too unwell to collect my medication. The drivers are always happy and helpful. There’s never been a time that I’ve dealt with someone in the pharmacy and left unhappy with the service. Whether it’s a vaccination, repeat meditation or an off-the-shelf item, theres always someone happy to help and the service is 10/10!! The pharmacy itself is usually clean and tidy and free of clutter too! There is convenient parking outside the front which helps I would highly, highly recommend this pharmacy and give huge thanks to all of the team who make the (sometimes arduous) task of medication taking, that little bit easier and nicer”

“Amazing Cattery! My 2 cats have recently stayed at cottage garden Cattery and kennels and I am so pleased with the care and attention they received! They are very nervous cats so was very hesitant how they would find it, but little did I know they loved their holiday, they were constantly given attention and fuss from staff and were both so happy when I collected them, so much so they refused to leave their pods. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable and so down to earth you can really tell they love the animals in their care. I will not be going to any other Cattery besides this one . Simply amazing!”
