“Just wanted to share the great service I received yesterday from Phoenix Pharmacy. I called to see if my prescription was ready and unfortunately one item was out of the stock. The lady promised to call their sister pharmacy when they were back from lunch and call me back which she did. I then went to collect my item after work and another lady there offered to see if any other local pharmacies had the missing item. She found two locally and gave me their details. They really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the whole prescription as I was getting quite worried about it. Thankyou to both ladies, and also the rest of the staff who are always so helpful”

We bought Christmas cards and wrapping paper at half price for next Christmas together with one orctwo gifted for next year at knock down price. The ice rinkbwas busy with you families. The staff were surprisingly cheerful give it was the day after new year's eve!”

“I frequently use Chapharm Chemist and find them very helpful and friendly. On Friday 25th September I needed an urgent prescription for dressings for a leg ulcer, unfortunately my surgery had not forwarded the correct prescription to the chemist. I explained my problem to Tina, one of the staff, and also the the young man who was working preparing the prescriptions. They immediately came up with an alternative dressing which was perfect. I was quite stressed about this and also concerned but their actions solved the problem and left me with a stress free weekend. “First time for our rescue GSD/husky to visit a groomers. When we booked her in the ladies were understanding of our concerns as we are still working on her socialization. On arrival they were great. They were very familiar with handling dogs and took control. When we arrived to collect her they were still finishing off, she was in the table with two other dogs also being groomed and not a sound. We were so impressed with how she was looking. Sleek clean and well trimmed. They did a fabulous job and we would recommend and use them again. Thank you”
