βOutstanding service. A private dentist wanted me to have three separate consultations. X Ray, then dentist, and finally treatment. It would've been a week between each appointment. Β£1630 cost. I was in unbearable pain as had a sudden crack in my tooth. I'd have paid the money too! Just couldn't wait. I phoned these absolute legends at 8AM. Got a same day appointment at 11:30AM. Tooth extraction was painless. In the car at 1PM. Β£25.80. That's all. Thank you all so much.β

βReading all the bad reviews I was prepared for the worse blood test ever. I had an appointment at 8:15 am. I walked in around 8:10 and the nurse called me in not even after a 10 min wait. The nurses are polite, quick, efficient and kind. I left the building around 8:25. Please be patient and kind towards the staff and you will get the same back.β

βI normally attend the Woodford branch. I have never had a bad experience or d elay with this practice. I have quite a lot of med condition's so freq. visitor. Reception nurses and doctors caring, polite, and professional. The nhs is underfunded staff underpaid. If you supported last cons govt you supported 15 years of real income under funding. Doctors having real pay cuts and believe it or not some gpβs are out of work because of lack of practice funding. If you want lower taxes and worse health emigrate to USA. Stop winging and support the nhs.β

βI booked a private MRI through Vista. Everyone I spoke to in there was friendly. When I suddenly got claustrophobic going in, I felt so cared for, Rose is a so caring and made me feel safe; they both waited until I felt ready before proceeding. Daniel's direct communication inside the machine was also reassuring and he checked in for consent to proceed at each new scan area. I was provided with plugs and headphone style ear muffs, there was a comfy pillow. I opted for no music as I get a bit overwhelmed with noise so I used my imagination to think of nice things instead. Really happy with the service.β

βI personally hate to visit the Doctor. I was at Weston Favell Surgery for years. Without going into detail.. The difference between the two woodview Medical centre and Weston Favell surgery is day & night. At woodview everyone gets an appointment. And is treated with respect. It's extremely clean, has a car park behind. None of the Doctors are rude. Infact the very opposite. Never in my life have I experienced such prompt action to deal with a medical issue. When previously just sorry call back tomorrow. I have several occasions that stick in my mind. Where I was left without blood pressure tablets in Weston Favell. Wife found me collapsed in the kitchen. Only for our fantastic Abundance Service I am still here. Another, my wife caught me early. Weston Favell Surgery refused to give appointment. Told call tomorrow. A&E was packed.. So the only place who would take me was a drop in centre in Corby. I ended up in a bed there for around 6 hours given medication. After that when I decided to go abroad. But registering at a different Surgery. I never thought this Woodview Medical centre wouldn't operate any different. Until a few weeks ago. Kidney stones. Totally different attitude from Reception. Totally different attitude from Doctors. Totally Different attitude from the Nurse. You actually feel welcome too. Not like, you shouldn't be here like I previously felt like. Amazing service.The Very Best Doctors. The very best Nurse. Amazing Staff on Reception. If I could rate this Woodview Medical Centre higher than 5 Star I really would.β

βI only joined this practice recently, I completed the online form for an appointment at 7.30, received a call at midday for an appointment that afternoon. This saves time on the phone unlike my old GP. Dr Islam was fantastic, I had a treatment in mind following a private consultation however he gave me a further option without the need for injections. I was referred to a physio who I saw two days later, I have been given exercises which I hope will be beneficial for the recovery. Overall a positive first experience.β

βI gave 72 hours notice for my prescription to my doctors surgery, however it was never sent over to the pharmacy. It was a Friday afternoon and I needed my medication for the weekend. But unfortunately the pharmacy is closed on a Saturday and as I was working in the afternoon on Friday I couldn't wait. Natalie from the pharmacy was so understanding and helpful and was able to sort out an alternative for me. She went to the doctors to get my prescription form and was able to dispense for me and take to another pharmacy for me to collect the following day. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication for the weekend.β
