The prices are on the higher side but well worth it and no more expensive than the average prices anyway. There are choices for veggies too. I took the mushroom gnocchi with red pesto and cream sauce topped with parmesan and it was gorgeous.”

“I had taken my wife there for her birthday and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant fairly quiet with I think reserved seating. The service very nice and pleasant but the waitress seemed preoccupied. But so what, the food, "oow,..was to live for". Definitely recomend and definitely will be a repeat customer. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the atmosphere even better. The pub itself is cozy, clean, and a great place to relax. I was really impressed overall and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a proper pub experience!”

“We had the wonderful Lily as our server who was so inviting, friendly and caring while taking our order and made sure we had enough time when choosing. We had a lovely meal for dinner that was tasty and affordable with a lovely atmosphere around us that felt comfortable and clean. We would be more than happy to come again soon and try some other things on the menu but we had a perfect evening with lovely service ☺️”

“This was our first time eating here. We are a family of 5 and had a sharing starter and a meal and pudding each and it came to under £100…. What amazing value! Food was lovely, we throughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed , staff were friendly . I believe it was the manager that served us and he went above and beyond, he even gave me a complimentary Prosecco as he felt they had been slow but I certainly didn’t feel that way… was a lovely little gesture though. Maybe this store has some shortcomings, but they are not as severe as what those previous staff members mentioned.”

It helped massively that the bill was being picked up by my boss which was the reward for winning a sales competition at work. “Love this place! The food is amazing: freshly prepared and cooked, awesome quality ingredients-doubt you'd find a better quality fry up anywhere else locally, epic portion sizes too! The decor is truly unique. From Only Fools and Horses quotes and pictures to old hats, guitars and vinyls up on the walls. You'll struggle to not spot something new each time you visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. All in all, my favourite way to start the weekend is a Jester's breakfast!”

“Got a tip off a local foodie page on Facebook and visited with my friend. Wow was well worth the 40 min drive. Very attentive service and the food was amazing. They use local produce so the menu varies day by day . We got there early and it was full by the time we left make sure you book. Will definitely return to sample more.”
