“We travelled nearly an hour from home to get to the store near Towcester. We were happy to travel to go somewhere with knowledge and expertise, and the opportunity to see a range of car seats. We had a bit of a niche situation as we have a reverse facing toddler in the middle seat (and still need access to them), while wanting to buy car seats for 15 month old twins who would sit on either side. The staff were amazing and knew exactly what would (and what wouldn’t) work for us. They took a seat outside to try in our car to test access to the middle seat. They were so helpful and had seats in stock so we were able to drive away with 2 BeSafe Beyonds, one of which they fitted for us (we chose to do the other one ourselves later). Cannot praise highly enough.”

To which they replied "well you should be quicker!" For starters, they didn't pack their shopping, he did!!!! The poor lad just took it and didn't react. In all the trips I've done there the young lads on the till who let's be honest are probably only on min wage are polite, helpful and a credit to the store.”

Member of staff (didn’t get his name) was really helpful and answered all our questions and was giving us some advice on what to do best with looking after them. It was really nice that it didn’t feel like he was pressuring us to buy things but more just giving advice, it made it such a better experience. I was worried due to us looking young that he wouldn’t take us seriously but his level of professionalism and his knowledge was brilliant, really wish I got his name. Going tomorrow to go and get our fish!! If he is there tomorrow I will make sure to name him as he was brilliant”
