I didn’t get his name however I just have to say , it todays shopping trips very rarely do you get such excellent service , he was both knowledgeable on what young kids like , but polite and obviously well used to working with people. I was so impressed I wanted to at least tell his manager but she wasn’t available. I’m not sure this will ever get to him . “Had a wonderful experience with store manager Linda today when walking in around 5-10 minutes before closing time. I had an order to collect and no staff were available in the click&collect area due to close-down duties. On the way out I noticed a member of staff (Linda) and asked if there's any chance to still retrieve my order, she was incredibly warm and explained the staff absence due to the closing down of the store and assisted me despite the time (which had hit 6pm by that point!). Leaving today's pleasant experience aside, the store is always very well stocked and clean, I've always received great service and have been very satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend.”
