“The food was amazing. I had a lamb mussaman curry and my mum had a chicken penang curry. Both were delicious. The Penang was spicier than I've tried in the past but maybe that's more authentic! Service was also excellent.”

“Had dinner in Buffalo mid-week. We didn’t have a reservation. We got a table straight away. The restaurant was busy. Our server, Shah was very helpful and explore menu and suggested some dishes to meet our requirements. The menu had a great selection of dishes. We especially enjoyed the spinach and feta in filo pastry and the prawns. For the main the braised lamb shank and the moussaka were enjoyed. Mehmet was very helpful and checked in with us throughout the meal to ensure we were enjoying our meal. This is an excellent restaurant with good value for money and friendly staff. Highly recommended.”

“I recently visited this hidden gem of a vegan cafe located on a boat near the skate park, and it was an absolute delight. Despite not knowing about its existence until a friend's recommendation, I'm so glad I discovered it. The entire menu is vegan-friendly, catering perfectly to our party's dietary preferences. The service was exceptional; the lady serving us was incredibly polite and friendly, making our first visit feel warm and welcoming. We appreciated how accommodating they were to our requests, happily making changes to our orders without any fuss. Even when they ran out of nuggets, they went above and beyond by deducting it from the bill, a gesture that truly impressed us. The food arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations in taste and presentation. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall wonderful experience. “Pleasant little shop in a pleasant village and on-road parking. Pleasant, attentive staff. Home cooked food looked delicious and my ham & cheese and ham & salad sandwiches were delicious. My coffee was exceptional too. If I hadn't travelled 100 miles to be in the vicinity, I would visit every day! Thank you.”

“Always great quality food at the shed, from burgers, breakfast to paninis. Very quick service, great value for money, and great service. The place also looks great, nice dining area, but also lounge area for students to relax, meet, and work.. and the whole building looks lovely as the renovated train engine shed, even with rail tracks running down the middle!”

“As Italian and Napoletano I would say this is the best pizza around. Authentic stone baked napoletana pizza . Differ from imitations ,avoid chains and Italian name restaurants... if u want a real pizza contact this guy and u won’t regret it! Thanks grazie mille”

“Came here tonight for the first time with my partner. Initially, the queue was long and we figured we’d be there for a good while. However, they were adequately staffed meaning the queue moved quickly. we ordered large chips, two jumbo sausage and curry sauce. It was superb! Chips were fresh and arguably some of the best chippy chips I’ve had. Sausage was also good. Curry sauce had a nice sweetness to it but I think the pot could have been a bit bigger. Will be returning again, thank you :).”

“Got a tip off a local foodie page on Facebook and visited with my friend. Wow was well worth the 40 min drive. Very attentive service and the food was amazing. They use local produce so the menu varies day by day . We got there early and it was full by the time we left make sure you book. Will definitely return to sample more.”

“Love love love!! What a great pub. We are first timers and came down to the Devvy last week for the 125th anniversary day and what an atmosphere, the place was jumping! All the bar staff and the owners were all dressed in outfits from different decades, it was fab! Very friendly too. Goats in Trees were our favorite, they were electric. “Dropped in mid-week, easy to get a table but they'd quite a number of people in. Still quiet enough to chat easily. Lovely menu, we'll need to get back to try more as the food was great. We ordered a sharing platter, Greek salad, spinach pie and meatballs - it all tasted as good as it looks. Finished off with the orange Pie and coffee. Orange Pie was a great holiday discovery, we've been trying in restaurants ever since... We think this has the No 1 spot now!”
