βThese have been our vets since we first got our Chocolate Labrador Willow in 2014 as a puppy and throughout our time using them, they have been amazing. Not only did we use them for our usual check ups and vaccination boosters, but we used them for Willows operations including spaying and recently for lumpectomies, and they have been great! Recently we used them for support with exporting Willow to our new home in Dubai and they have been so so supportive with all the documentation requirements, often having to do things multiple times due to unclear instructions from the export agent, but every time they have been friendly, professional and proactive in their timings on providing updated documents. I would highly highly recommend Companion Care Vets Bedford to anyone!!β
βA fantastic vets my dod had cancer and the team were very good when we had to put our dog to sleep very caring they were amazing. I would recommendβ
βWe absolutely couldnβt thank the Bicester team enough, they went above and beyond for our little Cocoa and were very grateful owners. Thank you for your outstanding work, day in and out, it certainly doesnβt go unnoticed!β
βWe have 7 of our 9 cats registered with Medivet Daventry. We trust the vet and staff when we leave them for ops and treatment. They are always very attentive and professional and are very knowledgeable when it comes to questions we have. The vets premises are always clean and well presented and Elyse is fabulous she always goes above and beyond with extra little touches like a bravery certificate for our cats after being neutered . As a pet owner we really couldn't recommend them highly enoughβ
βMy dog is extremely anxious at the vets. The vets are always calm and mindful to his needs. Even if he is behaving like a thug!β
βAlways pleased with the attention my Dog receives All staff are very helpful, highly trained and friendly.β
βAll the staff I met were excellent ! The care and obvious commitment to my pets well being and to explaining my pets care was outstanding .β

βAmazing vet. Had to call out for help today, even though I was not registered (my vet was closed) they arrived within the hour and helped. The got my big lad (an 8year old English shire) back on his feet. Thank youβ
βNot actually pet related but our car was involved in an accident on the London Rd during the recent heavy winds. Our car had be towed away but during the wait we asked if it was OK for my wife to use the toilet facilities of Vets4Pets. The reception staff were so pleasant and helpful. We would like to thank them for their help during a very stressful morning.β
βArlo is a very barky dog, but both nurse and vet were brilliant with him and understood his needs. Soft gentle voices and relaxing him in to submission and a belly rub 5*****β
βI was very upset coming to the out of hours vet. I was really worried for my rabbit. I was kindly offered a warm drink and tissues. After sitting in The waiting room one of the vet nurses took the carry case with my rabbit inside without telling me what they were doing with her. This made me more anxious and I had to go to ask reception where she is and why Iβve not been allowed to go with her. Reception then informed me that they give animals time to calm down in a calm room before being seen by the vet. In future if they could warn owners where they are taking their pets prior to consultation it would be great. Then when we had the consultation with the vet he was amazing. He checked her throughly and was very understanding & knowledgable. It is expensive but I understand for the out of hours practise I canβt expect any less. I was satisfied with the care she received. Blossom was given meds for her illness however she sadly passed away a few days after at our local vet. Iβm grateful for the extra few days I received from the vet. RIP Blossom. You were so loved and adoredβ
βOn Sunday my dog had a stick injury. VetsNow were amazing. Vets Maria and Caroline were great with him and me (who was extremely emotional) The nurses (whose names I didnβt catch) were so kind and made me feel so comfortable β€οΈ They promptly referred him for surgery at Davies, they were clear about cost and gave me clear options and helped me to guide my decision. Very grateful for this serviceβ
βAlways really helpful, and happy for.me to badger them with all my questions.β
βAfter a long journey in Vets4Pets having the worst treatment ever for my cat, Abington Park Referrals was like fresh air for us! My cat went under an enema procedure going through a hard constipation journey but thanks to the vet that saw him today, she managed successfully to make my cat have a poop on his own after almost 2 weeks of suffering. I am beyond grateful and happy for the stuff working in this practice! 100% recommend!β
βI was concerned when I looked through the reviews of this veterinary practice before approaching them for some help I needed with my dog Poppy. Looking at the dates on the reviews, they all seemed very old so this made me wonder if it was just people taking the time to leave their bad thoughts, nobody taking the time to leave good!! I went with my gut feeling & Iβm so pleased I did. I initially called & booked Poppy in with Sue, who was very warm hospitipal. On the appointment day, I was greeted by a receptionist Gemma & we also met Sonia who was a nurse there. All very nice people & very professional I found. Poppy seemed so happy & relaxed when I collected her, all staff where doting over her so she was clearly in her element too. Poppy & I needed to come back for another appointment where we then met the receptionist Kerry & Brad who was carrying out the operation on Poppyβs tooth. Again, both Kerry & Brad were lovely & went above & beyond for us with Poppyβs tooth extraction. I can honestly recommend the Best Friends Vet Group Shenley 100%. I certainly wont be using any other veterinary practice. Thank you Team Best Friends Vet Group Shenleyβ
