βA wonderful and caring service helping us with our slightly challenging dog. Our vet Lorna was simply brilliant!β
βI recently joined, theyβve seen my cat a few times, theyβve been very knowledgeable and helpful. Iβve also joined the VIP club so it helps to lower the cost of flea and worm treatments as well as the boosters. Thank you :)β
βVictoria was wonderful with how she calmed down our nervous Labrador puppy and made us feel very welcome. Even offering us a cold drink on a hot day. Thank you again for making our pups first day at the vets a nice one!β
βThe staff are wonderful! My cats felt comfortable the whole time as well as me. We were seen to fast and i was made to welcome and not judged for asking any questions no matter how dumb. They r a wonderful vet that truly care about the animals.β
βAlthough our cat went in to have teeth done and it cost a lot of money twice as much as we thought it would but the people and the friendliness the cleanly less the way that they were with our pet they are an absolute wonderful veterinary clinic and I would recommend them stronglyβ
βHave been bringing my dog to this vets for over 4 years now and never had a bad experience at the Luton clinic. Moved to them after a terrible customer service experience elsewhere. The Luton staff have always been supportive, kind, friendly, and understanding. Wouldnβt trust anywhere else to look after my little dog and very grateful for their service. Thank you to the Luton team!β
βFirst time visit today. Very impressed. Charlie had two X Rays without sedation! They let me hold him with help from vet and nurse and were so kind and patient. Quarter of the price my previous vet quoted. One very happy customer and dogβ
βI love this vet and rate it . They always have my animals interests at heart and all the staff are friendlyβ
βI always receive good, polite and prompt service from this vet. Not the cheapest but have never been dissatisfied.β
βThe veterinary nurse here, is brilliant. Took my rabbit here, and she is clearly a rabbit lover. Put him at ease, which could've been a very stressful time for him.β
βStaff are very caring & efficient. Despite our usual vet being fully booked, we were given a same day appointment at another clinic. We originally moved to Cromwell Vets to gain an EHC, but have decided to remain clients as the service they provide is much better than our previous vet.β
βI had a great experience with Dr. Carrera and her team. She was very empathetic and caring, took time to explain everything clearly, and truly wanted to help. The whole staff was friendly and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Iβm really grateful for the excellent care my pet received! Highly recommend this clinic.β
βHannah came out to me this afternoon to visit my little shetland Lucy, what a lovely lady and so good with Lucyβ
βBeen using these guys for the last few years and can honestly say can't fault them. Pleasant staff and Dexter is really kind and caring to my Springer Spanialβ
βI have been going here for nearly 2 years with my cat who sadly passed away recently , my cat suffered badly with FIC and I cannot fault the vets in there , Emma and Jane are honestly the best! And all the other ladies I visited with fudgee , Over the years of using multiple vets I can honestly say the ladies in there really go above and beyond for animals and are so helpful , even after my little man passed they've still been so great and understanding. Sadly it is really expensive and I was looking elsewhere just because I couldn't afford it with a cat with on going problems which was a shame because they were the best I've been to yet , I've always managed to get appointments same day which is fab. Honestly can't fault them , they even last minute got a gorgeous paw print printed for me with a lovely card because the crematorium wouldn't be able to , super special , Thank you everyone at AstonLee.!β

βBoth Vet and Receptionist/Nurse very caring and professional.β
βA big shout out to vet Laura after I had to bring my nervous collie in late on Saturday. After observing and listening, Laura managed a full examination and diagnosis of Nell and thanks to her thoughtful handling, we left the surgery with Nell totally unstressed. Laura's follow up phone call on Sunday was very much appreciated and really put my mind at ease. A very professional and caring lady! I would also like to acknowledge the confidence sessions that Nell and I took with nurse Sarah, who worked wonders with a nervous little collie and a stressed owner. These sessions were put to the test in our emergency visit and I can definitely say that it was time and money well spent. Thank you both for the care and kindness that you show to your patients.β
βI feel so much better leaving my anxious dog at the Pet Spa, knowing a vet is right there if anything goes wrong.β
βFirst visit having not been registered with Medivet previously my sick collie was seen within 45 minutes of initial call. The vet did a thorough review of my Collie and prescribed medication and within 24 hrs she has improved. Iβm very impressed.β

βStarted using Kettering Vets for all our pets after other vets in town failed us. Was absolutely stunned at how efficient and friendly the staff are at Kettering Vets, and the premises in Barton Seagrave is amazing. Thoroughly recommended.β

βAmazing ! Our 13 year old mostly-labrador has severe osteoarthritis and was struggling to do anything. We took him for acupuncture and herbal medicine which is tailored to the needs of your dog or cat. After one session Jazz was finding it much easier to get up and move about, and even started playing tug-of-war with our other dog ( they ended up with half a toy each ! ) Many thanks to Rinnert and the helpful and friendly team. Very highly recommended.β
βWeβve been with vetβs for pets for a few years now and theyβve been brilliant. Over Christmas, our border collie got in to a present that we found out was full out chocolate and they got both our dogs in straight away. Our old dog has had a few emergency appointments due to her arthritis and they have always seen her instantly and been brilliant with her. Great vets, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeableβ
