“Went in today for an annual checkup with our 14yo cat Mab. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient - I had to reschedule at short notice and they sorted it out immediately with no issues. Vet was very kind and professional. She carefully examined Mab, found a couple of issues and recommended treatment, took the time to explain different options and talk through risks/rewards. She was honest & upfront about costs and clearly had my cat's welfare as her top priority. Really glad we stayed with Vets4Pets, this practice is great!”

“I’ve been registered here since our Yorkie was 8 weeks old (he’s 7 1/2 now) and I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff are amazing and the staff turnover is very low so you see the same faces. Lenka, one of the vets has seen our Biewer since she was a pup and saved her life by stabilising her and sending us straight to the hospital, she wouldn’t have made the night otherwise (this came from the Neurologist). We also foster, so I’m always popping over with one foster or another, they couldn’t be more helpful. Lastly, we have just foster failed and adopted Mickey, our deaf/blind Collie. He just needed to have a tooth out and the staff were so good. I needed to be with him when he went to sleep and when he woke up so he knew he was safe. They were so good I don’t think he was anxious at all or even knew I had left him. 10/10 from all of us.”

“We have always had excellent help, advice and care from the receptionists, nurses and vets @ Abington Park Vets. They have cared for our dogs, rabbits and one of our gerbils. We usually use the Moulton surgery where parking is easier. Dr Hay was so good with our 2 rabbits yesterday.”

“I have a dog that has tested positive for food allergies and now my other dog is showing the same. The advise I got from Ruth at the practice on what food I can give them was excellent. She took the time to explain everything and knowing she was also drawing in her own personal experience from her own dog, who also has allergies, was so reassuring. I was so frustrated until I had the conversation with her and I am now fully armed with knowledge on diet to make the right choices. Thank you x”

“My two kittens went into be spayed. The reception staff overheard me comforting my 3 year old son saying we would be back to collect them (he was scared they wouldn’t come home because last time we was at this branch we left without our darling Marvin as he didn’t make his car accident) The reception staff were amazing. They asked my son for his name and what our kittens names are. Promised to take pictures of them when awake and eating and send over to me. They even put FOA: of my son’s name in the subject of the email. This will be something I’m forever grateful for. The overall experience with my cats being spayed and process was amazing. I honestly would recommend Boness everyday of the week to pet carers!”

“Had to skip work and bring my 1 and a half year old kitten here as she got into a nasty fight with another cat(s). We didn’t have an appointment but were seen within 10 minutes. Vets (and receptionists) are very polite and careful with the animals and listen to your problems carefully. They care about the wellbeing of your pets. We have 4 dogs and 6 cats (and one who passed of old age) registered here and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my fur babies checkups. 5 star review isn’t enough!!”

Jassica Patel (Jass) simply broke the ice and gave her the confidence to leave him with her, and those simple words made my day, which I greatly appreciate.
