“My partner, a friend and I had a lovely meal here with nothing I can think to criticise. We really enjoyed the food and drinks, but best of all was probably our waitress Libby, who goes above and beyond to assure a positive customer experience. Service is friendly, attentive and fast. We didn’t have to ask for any extras or more drinks etc as these were offered to us frequently throughout our visit. Would highly recommend this restaurant for excellent service & food/drinks, as well as good value for money. Will definitely be back again soon!”

“Birthday bowling with friends!! Had fun & staff really helpful. Bar was packed and only one behind the bar and was overflowing and had a wait which could have been sorted out easily. Bowling all lanes full and packed which was great to see for a family business in our home town. More staff are needed so all areas yet they were brilliant & professional.”

“Myself and my partner had a great time at the arcade. Dale could not have been more helpful! He was always there to lend a hand when we needed it when machines were messing up and was very friendly. “We had great service from all the staff, but especially Shannon on reception. So helpful with every request we made. Breakfast had plenty of healthy options and the chef produced great poached eggs when requested. Topping them with chives was a lovely touch. The room was all we would expect at a Holiday Inn, especially commend how clean they were after the daily visit by house team. Finally the provision of a luggage trolley was particularly helpful for those of us with mobility issues who can’t carry much luggage ourselves.”

“The place is so affordable and in such a convenient location. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Comfy beds and beautiful view out over the water. Charley was especially welcoming. It was lovely coming down for breakfast each morning and the housekeeping in the hotel was lovely”

“Stayed at Premier Inn Duke Street. Had a great stay. Suzanna checked us in and was very helpful. We stayed in a Premium Plus room, much nicer than the standard rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Very happy with our stay.”

“Overall one of the best health clubs in Norwich. Great facilities, top gym equipment, nice pool area. Management of the club has definitely improved, maintenance issues are now dealt with quickly. Staff very friendly, Abbie in sales was very helpful. Only issue seems to be short staffing at weekends in Kitchen/Bar.”

“I love this hotel. It's basic but clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I also really like that you have to ask to get towels and bed linens changed, and the staff don't bother you unless you ask. I've stayed twice and both times had a room overlooking the back garden and river, which is so peaceful. The shower pressure is wonderful. The location is great, being right next door to the station. The only think I would like to change is being able to have a breakfast (which has good coffee!) that isn't a buffet for a lower price. The breakfast is good though!”

“Got some male and female guppies. 4 platys 2 other long fish All for a cheap decent bargain but the more you buy the cheaper it becomes like a deal. Definitely love the red platys and the guppies as they add so much colour”

“Lovely decor, really well done out inside this place. The food was fantastic, we had a Groupon voucher for a 3 course meal and a drink for two that cost under £30. I had the skate and my partner had the lamb shank for our mains and couldn't fault it, really good value, way too much food for us and ended up taking desert home in a takeaway tub! The staff were friendly and helpful overall I would definitely recommend going here and will come back again soon.”

“What more can you ask for from a seaside arcade plenty of 2p machines amongst other arcade games and also plenty of adult focused slots & other machines. Young gentleman working was a credit to the place always happy to help with any issues and the machines were bursting with prizes!”

“My baby son and I have absolutely loved our baby sensory sessions with Ally. Each week is themed differently and my son has so much fun (as do I)! Ally is a warm and caring practitioner with a great sense of humour and you leave with easy ideas for developmental play when you get home. I can't recommend baby sensory enough, just so sad we are nearing the end of our time with Ally as my son is nearly 13 months old. We have loved every class. Thank you Ally!”
