Marcus understood what a big purchase this was for me and took his time to explain all the details. My sofa arrived within the 12 weeks stated in fact a few days earlier. It was delivered on a Sunday and I was kept well informed on delivery day. The drivers were fantastic and I appreciate it isn't always easy delivering to city centre flats. My sofa is beautiful (the flex) and I am really pleased with it :)”
