“Great pizza, never disappointed”

“I have ordered from these guys for years and the food is yummy, every single time. The guys in the shop are always friendly and welcoming when I’ve been in and the shop looks super clean and tidy. Their delivery drivers are so bloody lovely (I usually have the same 2 ladies). Delivery is sometimes on the longer side (I have waited an hour on a busy evening) HOWEVER, it is well worth it as the food is always piping hot and fresh! Prices are great, I think they’re worth paying more for, especially in comparison to other takeaway prices where the food isn’t always the best. Overall, always a great experience ordering from Pizza Base. Thanks guys!! EDIT: (I have also rated 5/5 for food, service and atmosphere but it keeps saying 0!)”

“Don’t judge a book by its cover! This chippy doesn’t inspire much from the outside but the chips were the best we’ve had in years. Freshly cooked with real potatoes! We will def be back next time we are in the area.”

“We had a wonderful day shopping then popped into here, was met by the bubbly and happy phoebe, we were served lovely food very quickly, the service was wonderful everyone in the team seemed happy and so lovely. But phoebe took the time to make us laugh and made sure we enjoyed everything! Its a lovely place will visit again another time as the team and place looks so clean and the food was delicious!”

“Went to Wagamama in Notts today with my friend for lunch. Everything was top notch. The food was delicious. I had the fried greens, ebi katsu, and chicken katsu curry, my friend had the duck gyoza and prawn curry. We had a beer and a cocktail. The food arrived hot and fresh, yummy! Thankyou chefs. The highlight of our stay were the staff. We were greeted by the hostess and taken to our table of choice, served by another friendly young chap, but there's one staff memeber who stood out above all others, anywhere I've ever been to and thats a young lady named Sophie. Studying at university who works to earn her spending money. She was a delight, a credit to Wagamama. She was so kind and friendly, so ambitious and I see a great life ahead for her. I think anything she does, she will do it well. Thanks for the wonderful service Sophie, you were the shining light above all others today, and made our rare luncheon really special. Cheers from Shirley and Vannessa, the 2 women who nearly talked you to death:-)”

Very good salad + pots of sauces especially chilli - perfect! 1 Negative: PLEASE guys - ask customers which salads they would like in their meals ! It's very important to follow each person's preference in terms of salads / sauces. I wanted to give 4 stars based on this experience. However, due to food tastes, I still decided to gove 5 stars. The food was the best i've had at any dine in restaurant, a little more expensive than I expected but I was happy to pay for the excellent quality of food and customer service. Plenty of drinks to choose from, and portions are good. Lovely warm atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. It will definitely be my first choice of dine-in future tense.”

“I visited the Nottingham Long Row which is now using Halal Beef. There is still bacon used here but it's cooked and handled on a completely separate grill. As always, I went for my go to order - Cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a Peanut Butter Shake. For £10.65 a double cheeseburger with unlimited sauces and toppings isn't bad at all and their Cajun fries are just too good. Also their shakes are just the best - no debate there. I also tried their halal hotdog for the first time. Probably the best hotdog I've had. The quality of the beef sausage in the brioche roll was a winner. If you've never tried Five Guys, definitely worth trying as there's a lot of options for customisations!”
