“What a fantastic experience, so friendly and professional. There is not one bad thing about this whole procedure. Doctor T and her team made everything seem so easy. They were open to all questions and comprehensive in their responses. No question went unanswered, and delivered with enthusiasm, which was infectious. The 7 plus hours seemed like 30 minutes. This review is after only 5 days, so the test will be the next 9 months or so, when the results will be seen. The confidence and professionalism that was shown throughout the day leave me with absolute confidence of a successful end result. “Used ARK vets for the first time this week after the dog we are looking after fell ill. I was surprised and really happy at how positive the experience was. I called the surgery at 4.45pm – the phone rang twice before being answered and on this occasion they were able to see me within the hour. Both the receptionist and vet were incredibly helpful – even showing us through to a private room to wait in, as the dog was a bit overexcited. The vet was incredibly helpful and understanding. I mentioned that we are fostering the dog, so would not be able to immediately agree to any long-term treatment strategy. With this in mind, she ran through a number of possible options, did plenty of tests and recommended short term treatment options to ease the dog’s immediate issues and discomfort. An itemised receipt was provided for the owner, with the offer of calling back for further information if needed. I found ARK very caring and understanding to both dog and owner, which made things a lot easier during what could have been a difficult time. Can’t fault this vet and won’t hesitate to use them again.”

“Have been coming here 4/5 years with my rats and they have always been amazing and knowledgeable, laura and rob are both amazing with rats and there are more than one exotics knowledgeable vet nurses on the staff. Theyve always done their best to keep their costs down for me and the out of hours workers also always try their best with what they can.”

“Always fantastic service and looked after all my pets over the years but just this bank holiday my dog needed a blood test and I got a call 8pm Saturday night to say he needed some tablets ASAP and mr Owen was at the surgery and we could go and get them,He’d gone in just to see if our results were back. “I have dealt with terrace road vets for years now and never fail to amaze me .we have recently had our jack put to sleep only last week and leading up to this and during and after I cannot thank each and every member of staff .You all have shown that it's not just a job and another pet ,but go above and beyond to listen ,give as much time and compassion and empathy .We have been devastated over jack and without your kindness and support we couldn't have got through this .we are still grieving but cme to pick jack up to be told not your dog or jack is ready but to say your baby boy is ready to come home ,wow just how lovly those words meant even though I cried because he was our baby boy and picking him up and still having kind words and care meant such alot .we then get in tye car to open the card with his paw prints and fir which I wasn't expecting just overwhelmed us .Thankyou so much I will be eternally grateful and never forget .For now as it has devastated us to lose jack we will not be having anymore pets for a while as nothing can take place of our fir baby boy but if we ever do we will not hesitate to come here again .Lots of love to you all and I can't thankyou enough from the bottom of my heart ♥️ xx”

“We have used the Kirkby branch of Vets for Pets for 5 years and wouldn’t go elsewhere. The staff are always polite, and each visit feels like they really know our cats. One of our cats needs regular check ups and medication, the vets and nurses he sees go out of their way to make sure he is calm and comfortable, and always explain things to us thoroughly. Appointments are easy to make and the reception staff will are happy to find something that will work for your schedule. Ordering medication is also really simple with a quick call and a collection.”

Baby was hiding during the first 4D scan, but the team were so professional and kind – they offered a free rescan and we got some lovely images the second time. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very professional. Would definitely recommend for parents-to-be!”

“I rescued a beautiful but injured racing pigeon (broken leg) that I spotted sitting in the middle of Lady bay brdge with cars swerving all around it, wheels only inches from its vulnerable body. Having gently placed it in a box in the back of my car, I phoned all the wildlife rescue centres in the area, mostly getting nowhere (although one did phone back an hour later). I eventually spoke to someone who told me my local vet was obliged to treat wildlife (although in this instance, there was an owner) so I took it to V4P. I have since learned that the bird is undergoing treatment, is being rehabilitated and will be reunited with its owner. I'm so happy that this bird has a second chance at life. It would not have survived without mine or the V4P practice intervention. I am told that this practice does regularly treat wildlife and does not automatically euthanise unless it is the kindest thing to do. Thank you to the team!”

“I actually enjoy going to my dentist there very kind so are the receptionist they make you feel very comfortable my dentist is a lady iv forgot her name but she's brilliant she's been dealing with my teeth for 2 years now and my new dentures are fantastic I love them she's done the most amazing job on them I can now smile with pride I would definitely recommend.. Don't get me wrong it was a long process but well worth it iv never been so happy with the results has you can see on my profile picture you can't even tell there falsies...
