“The best beauty salon I have been too! Having attended numerous times, for eyebrows, manicures & pedicures, and microblading this morning. I do not have a bad word to say about this place, the staff always make you feel welcome, always chatty which makes a big difference to your experience. Sue and microblading are meant to be! Sam & Ria are equally as great with nails (THEY LAST AGES!!!) and eyebrows. Iv never had a bad experience, trust them all with any beauty treatments. Thank you for all you do.”

“Today I had the most amazing experience with The pet vet Bilborough. I brought my very nervous nala to have her teeth done and they went above and beyond to accommodate her, allowed me to sit with her pre and post op to keep her calm and relaxed, constantly had the team checking on us. the vets and nurses were so good with her, getting on her level and letting her take her time to come to them and did not rush her. I could not of asked for a better experience. every single member of staff i interacted with was so lovely and friendly and they seemed genuinely supportive of nala and wanted the same care and experience for her that I as her owner would want. I came here due to the dental offer but will definitely be moving here and highly recommend. i’ve been to a few vets now and have never found they understand nervous dogs or want the genuine best thing for the animal but these guys definitely do treat them as their own. thank you so much guys ❤️”

“Unfortunately we required the use of Vets Now on Christmas Day. We were welcomed by Paige who offered lots of reassurance. We then saw Gonçalo who had excellent ‘bedside’ manner despite our dog being quite nervous. He also could tell we were anxious about any prognosis so also treated us with empathy and compassion to what was happening. Everything was explained thoroughly, our dog was treated with extreme care and attention. Over the 24hrs he was with VetsNow we were kept updated and nothing was too much trouble. Thankfully he’s now on the mend. Big thanks to Gonçalo, Paige, Rebecca and Jacqueline and anybody else involved in the care of our boy who is now recovering at home. Always a scary experience, but not being in our hometown let alone own vets added to this but the service was exceptional and I’d definitely recommend! Building is brand new and clean with lots of rooms and modern facilities.”

“Love the place! The receptionists are easy to talk with and always helpful. I've had 2 root extractions performed by Dr Ali (T), difficult operations but performed with no pain and a really high standard. I had an emergency appointment with the other Dr Ali, good dentist, nice person, seen quickly. Then there is the hygienist, Aayeshah, She is the nicest, kindest person I've met, my mouth went from a bad place to a much happier place. I actually look forward to my appointments. “I first saw Ann-Marie I think in 2019 for severe anxiety. As well as the acupuncture side of treatment, she also offered talking therapy which included various coping strategies and breathing exercises. The treatment helped my anxiety improve immensely. I still use the tools she gave me to cope when feeling anxious now. I sought help again from Ann-Marie in 2024 but this time for fertility reasons. I was feeling hopeless after a miscarriage, and was struggling to get my cycle back to normal after coming off birth control. I gave birth to my little boy in July 2025 and am sure the help from Ann-Marie played a huge part in him being here. Ann-Marie is warm and welcoming with a huge range of knowledge.
