I have a young son and the receptionists have always made him a priority and gone the extra mile to make sure he was seen usually the same day. Not to wind anyone up - this is good practice for infants as they can really deteriote quickly. I changed doctors after 29 years due to a house move and I have no complaints. Glad I chose Linden and as somebody who knows how hard things are for you doctors receptionists (my mother previously resigned from her role) you are doing a great job.”
