Very comprehensive report received, written and images within 48 hours. Paid for session with Dr to go through results, which was helpful tho report actually v user friendly. Highly recommend. Whilst lucky no critical findings, there were a lot of items noted that need to be monitored/followed up. You have no idea what is taking place within your own body so this massive insight is invaluable!”

She called the ambulance service & as I was having difficulty with my breathing I was taken to the respiratory ward at this hospital. I spent 1 night there and was then transferred to the cystic fibrosis unit as there was a spare bed there. I was there for 3 nights. In all that time I had the most amazing care from all the staff. Everybody was very helpful and very cheerful. I really could not have had a better experience at an expensive private hospital. Even the food was good! Thank you so much”

“I take my mother here to get her hearing aid repaired/serviced. I've been using it for many years. It is MUCH more convenient than having to go to the Ropewalk main clinic. The most recent visit was today (hence this review). Her appointment was at 9.45am. She went in right on time, and was out inside 15 minutes. Yes, on this occasion she is going to have to get another appointment (this time at the Ropewalk for a major repair/replacement), but they fixed the problems we'd booked in for. She has no problems with any of the staff, even though she's nearly deaf and unable to walk without a wheeled walking frame. They're fine with her.”

GP’s and nursing staff have consistently listened and heard what we as a family have needed to say and given us great care. The systems for appts are good and the online non emergency requests or sick note/repeat prescriptions is the best I have ever used. The reception area is decorated with current relevant information about services and there is even a food bank. The pharmacy next door also deserves a big shout out, efficient beyond words & super friendly. In comparison to other surgeries I have used over the years, this one is stand out the best. If you need a surgery in this area, you should choose this one.”

“On Tuesday 16 December I had cause to go to A&E at the QMC. I fell down the stairs at home and cracked my head open on a tiled floor in thr hallway. We arrived at 11am and on arrival the reception staff were so professional and friendly. I then was accessed by a lovely lady called Kate. So kind and attentive. I then met the most wonderful person I have ever met in my life KAREN. she checked me over and calmed me down so kind loving and genuine. She has worked for the trust for 46 years and is so professional. Committed and a beautiful big hearted lady. She attended to me right through the day until we left A&E 9 hours later. I had to have a CT scan and the young gentleman who attended to me was so caring. The consultant that checked over the scan was such a wonderful man and was concerned because they found a bruise on my brain so recommended that a nuro”
