“Being a regular weekly patron of Iranian cuisine, I can confidently say this restaurant nails the flavors flawlessly. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with their friendly service, genuinely makes you feel like part of their family. In simple terms, choosing family-owned restaurants is a surefire way to guarantee a delightful dining experience where the authentic taste of the cuisine meets the heartwarming touch of familial hospitality.”
“Amazing quality of food, great menu selection, gorgeous cocktails, and such a lovely atmosphere on every visit!”
“We visited this pub for the first time today. The atmosphere was lovely and staff are friendly. The pub has lots on through the week, there is plenty of parking and a kids outside area too! We will be back again soon!”
“Our first time ordering and it won't be the last. Great food, delivered on time and hot. We tried different dishes to our usual go to ones as there are many options on the menu. We were not disappointed, will order again. Plus they have a stamp scheme which we were unaware of which is an added bonus.”
“Absolutely amazing food! A lovely hidden gem, definitely worth a visit!”
“Three of us visited and had a range of different foods. Fish, lamb, chicken, vegetables, rice and roti. All very tasty and fresh. Not stodgy or too oily. Nice service from the waiters and waitresses. Really decent bottle of wine. The dining area is very tastefully decked out with a baby grand piano in one area. No one was tinkling the ivories whilst we were there but I bet it makes for a great atmosphere. Sadly, when we were talking to the owner it turns out that they are on notice from the building lease owner so will have to relocate at some point. So... if you want to experience Mewar Haveli you should get yourself booked in.”
“The hot oil spicy noodles were the best I've ever had. Full of garlic and spices! Bouncy noodles. The young guy behind the counter was genuinely friendly, chatty and helpful. Also the added wonton to the noodles SLAPPED. The beef noodles had a very clean soup flavour, you can see the whole spices in the soup. Approved by a fellow Chinese person.”
“This is a place we have wanted to try in a long time then ended up going 2 weeks on a trot! The food is so nice we had the all you can eat well why not lol. The service is good and not in your face like a lot of other placers its table service so the food comes to you. The beer is a little pricey but saying that it as a wonderful taste unlike some other place I know. A good night out we will be going again.”
“First time having a pint in the frame breakers. What can I say...... It's a quaint little pub in towards the centre of Ruddington, so it nicely located. The staff seem friendly, and they serve a nice array of craft ales and beers. Prices ain't bad and from what I saw of the food, it looked good. Definitely worth a cheeky beer in.”
“Me and my two friends came here at the end of our "Soccer Saturday challenge" We weren't disappointed, the staff were amazing, the vibes were brilliant and Solar behind the bar was an absolute star. I don't visit Nottingham often but I'll be certain to be back, this place caters for everyone and no-one is exempt. A fantastic venue. Thank you for a brilliant Saturday night”
“The food is delicious. It's a gastropub which means that the food is not the classic pub food but food of high quality. The cheap version of a fine dining cuisine and service. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is warm and the menu is simple and clear. The starters is something that you should definitely try, it is the best thing on the menu. My favourites are the following: sesame halloumi ( I could have that every single day, the honey drizzle goes so well with the sesame coated halloumi), the crayfish bisque ( a delicious luxury served in a unique way) and last but not least the arancini (delicious, delicious, delicious). The Tailors Arms has its own free parking but there is a bus stop 30 seconds away and a tram stop 2 minutes away. Wilford is a very quiet area however the Taylor's Arms is on the main road, next to the co-operative supermarket.”
“This place is great only 5mins away from home we go here alot the food is really tasty and good portions staff are polite and it is clean and tidy.”
“Popped in for a Beer. It had only just opened, so it was very quiet! Nice welcome from the bar person, great pint! Thank you!”
“The Rose and Crown is easily one of the best student pubs in Notts. The food and drinks are always spot on, and the BOGOF cocktails on Fridays and Saturdays are a huge plus. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and always up for a laugh, making the atmosphere both comfortable and enjoyable. Sean is by far the best manager, while Tracy and Angela always look after customers and make sure everyone’s having a good time. The chefs are quick and provide some of the best pub food around, and karaoke nights are always entertaining, making it a go-to destinationw with a fun mood every time xx”
“Omg It was amazing. We had a £30 voucher as a Christmas present and just got round to spending it . The decor is quirky the music is just right and couldn't fault the service. Food was delicious. Didn't have to wait to long to be served. Was a tad on the expensive side had to put quite a bit to it but we went for IT and fully enjoyed what we had. If we were to go again we would probably just have a main course. My only complaint was that we were sat upstairs it wasn't overly busy up there but they seated another couple at the table right next to us(when there were lots of other available tables) and they were very loud and having inappropriate conversations. It just spoiled the mood a little. It's sometimes nice to have space especially when they are not overly busy. It didn't stop the meal from being lovely though.”
“Great team at the trade counter and top class customer service”
“lovely, friendly good service. Have the pork belly, it took a while but the waitress told us it would - it's a slow cook dish. Worth the wait for sure. The two mains and a bottle of wine deal on Tuesdays and Fridays is a bargain. Clean pub, lovely outside area, nicer than it looks from the front.”
“My wife and I love the local chinese takeaway. Not just because it is on our doorstep, easily accessed of the main village road or that you can park outside. The food here has nearly always been excellent (only once was it below usual standard). The staff are always polite, professional and friendly. You're greeted every time you go in, usually with a smile and they are very good at remembering who you are. Service is quick and if you phone your order ahead you can usually collect it within around ten minutes. The menu has a large selection and caters for wide range of tastes. Home delivery is also available if like. Well worth a visit :-)”
“Came for a Sunday evening dinner and was served by the lovely Jessica. She was an amazing help and couldn’t more for the table! Thank you Jess!!”
“I live in Clifton I used to go to one in it went downhill so fast so I went back there the food is amazing quote well not fast service and I ate it all and the staff are lovely it takes a long time to get a nice chip shop I used to travel to Kirkby-in-Ashfield just so now it's save me a few well done keep the good work up although it's not very cheap but you only pay for what you get”
“I love this pub !!! Everyone makes you feel welcome, the Landlord and Landlady, the Bar Staff, all make an effort, I love Sunday Afternoons ❤️”
“Took my husband for his 60th birthday with family members for a group booking at the weekend on Saturday. Food was beautiful we had the festive menu stater and main course. Most the staff we found were friendly It was a relaxed atmosphere.”
“Went in there in the cold monday evening, where eveything in Beeston was closed but this restaurant was our saviour. Was warmly welcomed once we arrived and came in. We chose the crispy fried duck pancake and spring rolls. For the main we had kung paw chicke and sweet and sour chicken which tasted all of them amazing. Good place to have chinese foods”
“Beautiful, amazing and great, I've been put off buying badly cooked Chinese take away food in Hucknall. was recommended to try "DRAGON WONDER" and I'm happy i was. 3 empty plates, nothing was fed to the dog, just perfect. a little bit more pricey (but so is a Bentley) this is worth it, ordered online, was told 20;36, arrived at 20;32, thank you for cooking a really well cooked take away meal, lots of love, your new regular customer.”
“Tasty, fresh ingredients, good portions and nice service”
