“Shout out to Amy C. She always makes our experience at zizzi very pleasant and comfortable. She keeps checking if we need anything, and she's fast. When I'm coming into the restaurant I scan the place looking for her hoping she's there coz she's very welcoming and treats everyone equally. I'm saying that because I have a bad experience with another old lady at this restaurant, and when I see her I leave immediately because she is discriminating and I had a few bad experiences with her. Apart from that, your food is amazing and we tried many places but we always regret cheating on zizzi. My favourite is pinoli pizza and fonduta. Your desserts are also brilliant. Best of luck.”

“I ordered a Lamb chop and chicken grill, they are very delicious and big portions. Chicken wings are tender. Lamb chops is a bit dried, but the flavour is great. Only complaint is too much fries and little salad”

“From our first visit to the showroom in Barnsley, to the super efficient delivery by James and Rob, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We found exactly what we wanted in store and the price was extremely reasonable, and it was nice to talk to a "real person" instead of a "hard Sales person" like you get in the larger nationwide stores. The sofa came with the timescale quoted and was delivered by two lively and super helpful lads, James and Rob. “If you like Italian food,then you don't need to look any further than here. We booked a very early evening time slot on a saturday evening for 5.00pm. Thinking we would get there before the crowds. How wrong can you be? The car park was almost full. This is no more a hidden gem. It's shining in the spotlight and so pleased to see them doing so well. This is one of those very rare restaurants, where if you can't choose what to order you could just leave up to the chef to decide for you. The food is all so fresh and absolutely delicious. Even though they were busy,the service was spot on and friendly. Staff are totally on the ball and constantly checking on every table. If you are going to go,make sure you book!”

“This was a recommendation from a friend and it was worth the hour and a half drive! The story I was told was that the chef was a Michelin star chef working in London, who was sick of the rat race and relocated to Matlock in Derbyshire. My partner and I opted for the 7 course taster menu and what a sensation that was. EVERY dish was an explosion in the mouth of complimentary flavours and textures. With the appetisers, the sour dough bread and the mous bouches , it turned out to be almost 10 courses. Just look at the photos! Unbelievable! The location is beautiful too. The outside terrace overlooks the river and the sounds of the water creates at truly romantic setting. The staff were excellent too and I’m surprised that Stones doesn’t already have a Michelin star! Out of this world and I would recommend everyone that likes food to try it! @ £80 per person, it is an absolute bargain. For food like this you would pay double that in London!”

“Amazing and friendly service. I looked in all the big stores and found nothing I liked. Then then my mum told me to have a look here and I'm so glad I did. I showed them a picture of what we wanted, told them the size, and two weeks early it was in my living room. I cannot recommend CC interiors enough.”

“We stopped for dinner at The Bull last night with my elderly and terminally ill greyhound Howard. I told the waitress about Howard and asked if they could bring us a plain sausage for him, fully expecting to pay for this. He loved the sausage. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the pub quiz in a very relaxed and welcoming environment. At the end of the night I paid the bill and realised they had not charged me for the sausage. This was a lovely caring touch to end what would be Howard’s last night with us. I would personally like to say thank you to the personnel at The Bull for everything. We will definitely be back.”

“Amazing Polish food, tastes just like home. Everything is fresh and cooked with care, also service is very polite and accommodating. The only downside is that they don't accept card payments and nobody informs you of that prior to the order, although it's possible to make a bank transfer.”

“Wow! To be honest this was an impromptu visit on the last night of our stay in the lovely Tideswell, and it’s a gem! Phoned up and Sal fitted us in on a table that was booked from 7:30pm… no problem. We took our own alcohol as advised by him on the phone. I had a Calzone and my wife one of the chicken specials. I finished my calzone which was so so delicious and so rare for me to do so. Two completely clean plates. The atmosphere was lovely and to be honest the sheer openness and friendliness of the front of house was amazing. It’s a shame we found this gem on our last night.”

“We stayed one very windy night and had dinner with six friends. The room was polished and shiny, such a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Dinner as always (we have eaten here before) was a real treat. I had the steak pie, I think my best ever!! You can’t go wrong with a stay here.”

Glad we did: we received a warm welcome and enjoyed an excellent value vegan platter at just £10 per person with the usual lentils, cabbage, and greens. The portion size was just right: ample for two but not excessive. The owners kindly allowed our 5 year old to eat a snack purchased off the premises, though she ended up enjoying the fresh injera.”

“This was a fabulous pub for drinking, located conveniently in Worksop train station! The design maintains heritage and has a raw feel, seating is very comfortable and plenty of selection for beers on tap.”

“Great little pub that sells an amazing ploughman's. Food was plentiful so much so I couldn't finish it. Staff were really friendly and spoilt our springer spaniel rotten which he loved. Pub itself was warm and cosy and plenty of parking. Prices were reasonable and we didn't feel rushed at all.”
