Paul was our allocated driver, and both journeys were smooth, comfortable, and without incident. The return trip was particualrly noteworthy, as we experienced appalling weather, and it was reassuring to be so confient in Paul's driving ability, when we all dozed in the back after an overnight flight. The pickup, both in Plymouth, and at Heathrow was spot on for timing, and the overall cost very reasonable, expecially when split four-ways (or between two couples). I will have no hesitation in using Gary and Plymouth Travel again, and no reservation in recommending both to others who need the same sort of service.”

Plamen was happy to come to the property to meet us and explain everything which was reassuring for our relative. Communication is great and Plamen is always quick to reply. A suitable cleaner was arranged who went above and beyond. Sadly, she moved away but another cleaner was found who has also been great. Excellent service.”

“Nick did the most amazing, thorough deep clean on my friend’s new home for me at short notice. The previous owner had left it in a more than filthy state after years of neglect. Four of his staff worked their socks off on a Saturday so my friends could move in later that evening. He took away rubbish too. Nothing too much trouble for him. He came back again on the Monday to finish off. Nick kept us all informed with before and after photos. Would highly recommend Nick and his team.”

“Love Escapism! This was my third time coming here and I cant wait to go again. We firstly had to do a quick safety briefing with Penny. She was great and explained about fire exists, what would happen in the event of a fire and where we need to meet, she advised about going to the toilet during the game if needed and she explained all the different pad locks types we might come across in our room. She was friendly, polite and did a great job. Our game host Charlie then showed us to our room and explained to us what the story for this room was and what our objective was. When we were in the room, we did get a bit stuck so Charlie did have to give us a few clues. He was great, he let us try but when he could see we were struggling, a clue popped up on the screen which we were greatful for. The game definitely made us think, but it was so much fun. We had a fab time! When we finished Charlie came in to get us and asked if we enjoyed ourselves, what we found easy or hard etc. He was lovely and a really good host. We had a great time and will definitely be back.”

Everything was well-organized, and the staff were super helpful in explaining the rules and keeping things running smoothly. A special shoutout goes to Hannah, who truly made our evening unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and attentive throughout the night. “Tor to Tor was an amazing 3 day and 4 night riding trip to the beautiful Dartmoor national park. The staff was so welcoming and everyone was so giddy about this trip. We were all experienced riders and it was so easy to find friend from our group. The horses were lovely to ride and the matches between horses and riders were well thought of. We did a lot of speedy canters an relaxed walks. The food was great and it was all so well organized. Travelling to Dartmoor was easy by train from Heathrow airport. You should absolutely go and see Dartmoor with Liberty Trails!”
