“I don't usually bother with reviews and I dont usually go to theDoctors. Recently I've had to go a few times though in a short period of time and every single time has been fantastic. The Doctors are incredibly helpful and efficient and the reception staff are absolutely fine to deal with. I'm not sure what the issue is regarding reception staff. I'm very pleased to be a patient at this venue I feel very looked after and that my best interests are their interests too.”

We were fortunate to be seen by a Polish practitioner, and I have to say—we were truly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.He quickly assessed the situation, sent my sister for an X-ray, and later he gave medication that brought her fast relief. What stood out to us most was how confident and calm he was throughout the process. He clearly explained the next steps for knee care and gave us practical advice for recovery.It’s so comforting to meet a healthcare professional who not only speaks your language but also genuinely cares. After moving from Ivybridge, where we were accustomed to poor service, rude receptionists, and a broken system that made it nearly impossible to see a doctor, the contrast is astounding. “An incredible amount of excellent care has been received by me from the staff at this hospital. Thank you Derriford NHS staff. I probably wouldn't still be here without you. Cleanliness: The hospital and loos are always clean and tidy. Take note of and wash your hands. Alcohol gel doesn't kill all viruses. Signposting: The wards and departments well signposted but it can be a bit overwhelming if you are visiting for the first time. Take time to understand the signposting, this is a large hospital with 6 floors. Lifts: The main entrance lifts are just past the small gift shop on the right. Patients and staff are transported in these lifts so you may need to wait longer than you'd want so if you're cutting it fineand can, find the stairs. Parking: There is plenty of parking and a number of car parks to choose from,.including a disabled car park. This one often has queues so plan extra time if you need disabled parking. You can drop off outside but it can get busy. Park & Ride: There is a park and ride not far away, buses drop you off outside the main entrance at the bus stops. Food: Outside there is an M&S Food store with lots of tasty things to eat and drink. There is also a good sized cafe just inside the main entrance.”

Thanks for respond i fully understand and i hope you will help me book other app when i will be on time. About app was canceled and you dont let me know yes its happened and i didnt say nothing, I understand sometimes is happened we are only human ,same if the someone pop in 10 min late becouse is traffic or something happened. I have had the same doctors for almost 20 years and I have to say I have never experienced any problems - the staff are efficient and friendly and the doctors always take tome to listen and call back promptly if they need to. Yes econsult can be annoying as it’s a different way of seeing your doctor to how we used to, but once you have got your head around how all the new systems work it works really well. Ive always been really happy with this surgery and hear some horror stories about other surgeries so I thought I’d take the time to write a good review :)”
