“Had my dog go in for an operation on his teeth,he was very well looked after on the day and I was kept informed at all parts of the day how he was doing the cost were explained very well on the day the vet even phoned me the next day to see how he was doing.So overall a very good service overall.”

“Highly recommend Neighbourhood Vets, had nothing but positive experiences with them. One of my dogs had a bad experience at a different vet practice which left him very nervous and anxious of the vets. Hayley and Tiff were amazing to help build Kobe’s trust, we visited them a couple of times a week for a few weeks and they let us get Kobe comfortable with the team and the surroundings. They gave him treats and let him inspect the room where he had his appointments, by the time he was booked in for his castration he was happy to see all of the team and I had no anxiety leaving him there at all. They did everything to make Kobe and myself feel comfortable and cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend, especially if you have a nervous/reactive dog!”
