Many comment on the congested car park and traffic, all true; there is a second exit from the car park the M&S side - also we often avoid the grid lock by turning right. There are other routes into town and for A27 we head to the second junction that links with the A3 (if REALLY bad, otherwise it doesn’t take long to move).”

“I visited your store today and had trouble getting my Poundland app to work at the till, an extremely helpful lady - member of staff offered to help me and I said to her not to worry about trying to sort my phone as there was a big queue behind us, but she said no I want to help you , bless her she was so patient it took almost 10 mins. I don’t know what her name is but I would like her manager to recognise her for her good deed, as like all the staff in this branch who all seem to be friendly and helpful making my shopping experience pleasant.
