“Visited this garage this morning after hearing strange noises from my Mini Cooper. Frustratingly the noise couldn’t be replicated at the garage but the mechanics and front of house guys were all super friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. Big shout out to ‘Mister G’ too who went above and beyond to build customer rapport. Would definitely recommend this garage.”

“Halfords replaced my headlight bulbs at the start of the year and I was gutted when they went again. I popped back into Halfords Bracknell on my way home to get them fixed. They told me that there was a 1 year warranty and I was entitled to a free replacement. They said the extra bright bulbs I had fitted originally may be the issue for the short life span, and offered long life bulbs as a replacement fitted for free. The guys I spoke to were friendly, helpful and highly competent. Within minutes I was on the road with lights working and singing their phrases. Don't worry about spending a fortune at main dealers, get yourself down to Halfords, Bracknell.”

“What an excellent service. My granddaughter had a puncture on Friday evening and in attempting to remove the locking wheel nut it broke. With the help of her boyfriend and friends she managed to get some air into the tyre to get it home. On Saturday morning I rang Mr Clutch and the very helpful gentleman that answered the phone said he could help and for her to bring it in. She did so and they replaced the wheel nuts and tyre for a very reasonable price and she was able to pick it back up on Saturday afternoon. I was so appreciative as we were unable to help as we were away for the weekend. We previously had a new clutch fitted to my wife’s Audi by them and my father in law wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.”

My engine light came and I parked in a random car park an hour away from home where Harris happened to be waiting for his wife, he was very kind and reassured me it would be okay, he swiftly diagnosed the problem and fixed in within 15 minutes for a reasonable price, he was very kind and offered to tow me if the problem arised again which it didn’t and I made it home! If it wasn’t for Harris I was still be sat in that car park but now I am at home because the RAC was going to take 4 hours! thank you so much, would definitely recommend!”
