“While visiting the store to do some shopping, I returned to my car to find that the battery had unfortunately died. As someone who lives three hours away, I was understandably quite stressed. I went back into the store and asked at the front desk if they could make an announcement to see if anyone had jump leads. That’s when a staff member, Stacey, overheard and immediately offered to help. She said she had some in her car and was more than happy to assist. Along with her colleague Hari, they helped get my car started again — and thanks to them, I was able to make the long journey home safely. I didn’t get the chance to come back inside and properly thank them as I had to get on the road, but I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Both Stacey and Hari went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful.”

“Tesco reading west is 2nd biggest Tesco Extra In Reading. Very convenient and clean store. It has verity of products from clothing to Asian food. It has in store pharmacy and options. You will find something for everyone. Very huge free car park on site as well as car wash in parking lots.”

“I’ve never visited this Co op before, DPD delivered a parcel for me to pick up there. The young man who served me was incredibly polite and helpful, whilst I was waiting for him to get my parcel out of the back office another member of staff asked if I needed help. I don’t know their names but they are both a credit to the Co op brand, the shop was well stocked clean and bright, and the staff really pleasant and helpful.”

Initially, my size wasn't available, and we couldn't find my size either, but after their persistence and hard work, we found the correct item. They were both extremely personable and patient through the whole process of finding a suit, and they even offered their own opinions and advice. I would highly recommend Next in Didcot and Ben, as well as Rachel, for their brilliant and patient customer service!”

She Brought me so many options and was so lovely and incredibly helpful, such a lovely and bubbly girl even though she was working later on Christmas Eve. A diva that needs a raise.”
