“The hall was hired for iaido training. Really nice venue. Clean and tidy changing rooms and toilets. And the toilets are separate ! I really despise having toilets in the changing room. The hall was clean. The manager did that she had cleaned it with the machine before we got there. And as it is only a 2 hour drive from Birmingham I will happily drive there for more courses.”

I walked in today without an appointment, and Sandy and her daughter were absolutely amazing. Their customer service and communication were perfect, and they were so open and honest in helping me choose what would suit me best. They have a huge range of colours, and I found exactly the one I had in mind. I also asked for a small design, and Sandy created something that fit perfectly with what I wanted. Beyond the beautiful result, what really impressed me was the quality of their technique — I haven’t seen such good work in a long time. Both of them were so kind and polite that I truly felt at home in the salon. It’s rare to find this combination of professionalism, warmth, and skill. Highly recommend this lovely place!”

“We spent the weekend at the Coppid Beech hotel, and couldn't fault the rooms, or service. We had a king room. The kids loved the jacuzzi bath. We chose the hotel due to the location with Lapland UK a 15 minute drive from the hotel. On the morning we were to check out, we planned to go to the coral reef swimming pool and the hotel gave us a complimentary extra hour on the check out time. Service was faultless!”
